Quality Capsules?

Looking for a recommendation on a supplier that sells good quality capsules.
My Dad had surgery almost two years ago on his knee and is still in constant pain.
I told him about Kratom and my experiences with it over the past 3+ years.
Id like to initially introduce him to it through capsules and ideally a lab tested supplier.
Am i correct that when its lab tested, it no longer says "Not for human consumption"?
Im trying to make his initial experience with Kratom as painless as possible.

I toss and wash, and should probably look into capping my own for him but for the time
being would like order him some to start off with. Any recommendations on quality capped
Kratom lab tested preferred but not necessary?

Look on the right hand code column, the vendors with caps have "C" by them. All of the vendors have been vetted and have quality leaf at reasonable prices.
