I've been using herbal RVA for a few years now and wanted to try something new. I hear people saying its weak or not preferable but I've found with any kratom vendor you are going to get hit or miss. Even after a few years DG Botanicals didnt hit the same anymore. That's why I figured I'd go with a cheaper vendor and RVA has done the trick. Anywho, what are some of your favorite vendors that are a little bit cheaper?

They all have great small batch kratom. Some have dedicated websites such as fused, soul, and Mitraman but they all have affordable leaf that is fire for your rotation.

I like Smiley Time Herbals, Sacred Son Tea-though they have very low stock right now, and Denette615 right now. All very affordable. Smiley is a member only vendor but he is accepting new customers now, it'd be a good idea to apply now before he closes registration. He's got a huge selection of great strains. Kraydo and Botanical Bunny are also good.

I used to go through RVA only, then got to trying new vendors. I still go back to him every now and then. I want to try his new Giant Red at some point. The upside with him is he is extremely professional and streamlined, and always well stocked with 30+ strains, including stem & vein and crushed leaf if that's your thing.

I have a feeling that with the upcoming supply issues that will become more apparent soon due to this virus crisis, being well stocked will become more of a selling point than it is now, and some smaller batch vendors are going to get hit hard unfortunately.

We setup the Vendor List, to make price compare easy.. At the Quarter kilo, 250 gram package.. your price range is .12 to around .18 ppg (price per gram) that's a 150% spread.. Herbal RVA @ the low end is .12 ppg. A known top quality vendor like Inland may cost you 50% more.. that's OK if quality is more consistent? Forget vendors (not named ) who are WAY higher than this price range.. Kratom is kratom, after all.. assuming a normal distribution, most kratom is good average quality. These mid size, web-site vendors are doing more business, getting in more re-stocks, and dealing with more Indo suppliers.. better selection.. compared to very small batch sellers in chat rooms. However its nice to have a Mewe Group, or FB group like RVA or Okie for batch reviews. Good stuff sells fast!

i also have been using RVA for quite some time until recently, i decided to give Lucky a shot and was VERY happy with product and customer service. my favorites from my order have to be the GMD and the yellow MD, they are on point. i havent felt that great in a LONG time. currently bouncing back and forth on decidiing who i should get my next kilo from. ( havent oredered one since last october so i need to make this count). iv never tried mitra man before and have heard great things but im not sure what i would get, also dont know if theyre still a fan favorite, i havent seen recent posts. i need more vendor variety in my rotation otherwise id order more lucky so does anyone have any recommendations? i much prefer greens but still like to have a nice white and red every so often.

Mitraman is most definitely still a solid vendor. I just placed an order today for his green borneo, green kapuas, red thai, and white ketapang. You definitely cant go wrong, I've enjoyed everything I have ever gotten from Mitraman. I will tell you though, he is selling quickly

MitraMan's PMD will knock your socks off. Amazing strain. They are definitely a fan favorite on here.

I've got to give a shout out for Lizas right now it's the crows.But you cant go wrong with any of her leaf.
Then TFH because duh
Then just about any pick on Ballz list
SacredSon or Smileytime or Oties all quality leaf
So yeah check out Ballz vendor list these are tried an true vendors.

Try samples, or don’t order blind, ya really got to find which vendors work for you, I acquired a lot of kratom that does nothing, what works for some doesn’t for others, and some people react totally different from same thing, I found a few folks that had similar metabolism, if it worked for them , it worked for me, so I look for “their” reviews,, usually works every time, Good luck!

Ole timer is right, it's hard to say which vendor is the best when so many batches differ in strength. Benni botanicals has pretty good product

It's bizarre as head shop Kratom I've tried in the past has been garbage but this last time I tried a 100 gram bag of green Maeng da and damn, it was great

I've heard good things about Lonestar Mitra Source and denette615. Been wanting to try them have emailed Lonestar but haven't heard back yet.

Also, I'm really enjoying heaven leaf, got some old plantation kalis and it's some of the greenest kratom I've seen. If you want to order from her she operates on mewe, here's the link:

Denette is members only at the moment but does open order events around here from time to time if you keep an eye on the vendor section of the forum. HL has had to go members only as well... a lot of small-batch vendors are having to do that recently; it's sad. RhinoRemedies is another great one that just went private.

I find that I feel most comfortable ordering from vendors that 1) take kratom too, and 2) are easy to get in touch with. Like you said, the quality is generally pretty good, presumably because a lot of the smaller vendors test product both themselves and with customers before listing something on their menu, and if it isn't good then they want to know, rather then preferring you keep quiet about it. Good people, good reputations, good leaf all around.

Unfortunately I don't think it's an issue of demand as much as it is one of safety and self-preservation, at least as far as I know. There are some people out there who are hell bent on trying to shut vendors down, reporting them to the payment processors they use, trying to cause problems... Rhino went private because of something like that only a week or two ago - someone doing malicious chargebacks that could seriously mess with his business. At least if a vendor is private, they'll get to know the people who order and can limit the chance of random folks sneaking in and trying to ruin things. It's sad that it has to be that way but one or two jerks can ruin things for the rest of us.

I like RVA, Jonathan has good kratom, professional site, tests his batches and makes the results available. He's pretty nice and has a presence here on DoubleM. Some of his vintage stuff is highly sought after. I enjoy taking 100mg of his extract (they come in 200mg capsules) on occasion, great price.

If you are concerned with price, join some of the vendors like Lucky and Smiley and wait for sales. Some mewe vendors have frequent sales too... get some sample platters from the DoubleM trading post.
