Speaking of "old stock" I am doing a lower dose of GAIA Purple 8-1 today.. From stash a year ago! Going in for a stress test next week, so I'm winding down, and wanted something different.

Yesterday's KOG Green Asia & Herbaldom Red Borneo, was almost too strong

Haven't posted on here in a good while. Hope everyone's been alright! Been super busy with summer semester and got a new gf so you know how that goes lol. Anyways, I'm rambling. My saturday burn is a blend of course, 1/3 is maeng da reserve from expensive ass mmm speciosa lol, 1/3 white bali from OK, and 1/3 green asia from herbal rva. Pretty damn good blend imo

Ballz, we probably have powder from the same batch of P8-1 from Gaia. I believe I got my 250g bag last July. I still have PLENTY left. Now I want to be done with my break so I can dip into P8-1 with you.

Hey kratomandmath how is that rva green Asia....What's your opinion of it?? I love mostly all RVA strains but still haven't had a chance at any of the Asia strain which I been waiting for red and green to come back, I'm not too into white! If ya don't mind giving me a lil review on any of the asias or any other rva strains u feel stand out I'd really appreciate it! Thanks in advance...

I haven't ever had the white strain. I did a split kilo a month or 2 ago and got 1) green asia, 2) red asia, 3) red borneo and 4) red MD. Overall, I am pleased with the two asia strains. I know everyone's different with how they react. For me the green asia gives moderate stimulation with some nice relaxation. It's a great mood boost. For reference, greens generally give better mood boost and less stimulation than whites for me (not always the case tho I've had some fast ass greens before). The red asia is way more sedating than the green with also a great mood boost. I don't get any stimulation from the red. Out of the split kilo I got I def love the red borneo. It's perfect evening time strain that gives this overall warmth in my body and sedation that I just wanna chill on couch and eventually pass the fuck out lol. The red MD was also really good too. I've been loving RVA recently. Great kratom especially for the price for US vendor. Oh yeah as far as pain killing properties, I can't speak much on that as I'm not in chronic pain. I use kratom more for anti-anxiety and anti-depressant properties. Can let you know more if you want

Yeah I have been using kratom a good enough amount of time to have tried probably 2/3 or so of RVA's usual red, gold, and green strains especially the first two. Thanks for the quick synopsis of your split order... That's exactly what I was looking for!! I totally agree on the Borneo it has been a gods send as far as a night time strain and I feel so is the red ketapang fyi. Then to go a step further either one mixed with royal bent at somewhere between 1:1 and 2:1 red to royal they are like almost potentiated in a way by the royal bent, I love it!!! But back to the Asia strains they both sound like exactly what I like and expect personally from a good red and good green. Thanks again I'll be continuing to keep my eye out for my chance at Asia finally.

Green Maeng Da. It's my go to! Just finished some Green Hulu from RVA yesterday and now I'm onto my Canopy GMD.

Awesome man I need to give that red ketapang a try sometime. I haven't had much from herbal-rva but everything I have had has been top notch. Blends are definitely the way to go. The green asia especially is perfect with the red borneo like a 1:2 green asia to borneo. I think I'll be trying out a blend with the royal bent in the mix as you mentioned. That sounds fucking great. We probably have similar tastes in what we're getting out of for kratom it seems. If you got any other blend recipes let me know!

Also I have a couple other blends I like for night time.... KratomOG golden brown(now called dark coffee), KOG red aceh, KOG bentuangie, KOG chocolate 1:1:1:1. And Herbal-salvation red Thai, herbal-salvation green bali, Herbal-salvation red Sumatra.

Well, I started out with 3g of RVA White Hulu and got a bunch of stuff done, but then later had some pain issues, so about an hour ago I did a second dose: a 3g blend of KOG Premium Gold Maeng Da, last year's Gaia Super Green Malay (doesn't do much on its own, but it's a good buffer if I'm trying to stay closer to neutral than energizing or sedating), and a smidgen of KOG Yellow Slippery Rock just to make sure it didn't turn into a sleepytime blend. Very smooth, very righteous, and definitely keeping that pain level down. I was pleasantly surprised.

Also, HH, I have been meaning to ask you: what scale are you using? It sounds like you've got a Gemini, and I do as well but I never use it because trying to balance something big enough to hold the kratom on the weigh surface is damn near impossible. So I stick with my AWS scale that is SOOO much easier to use. If you're using a Gemini I definitely want to know how you're doing it!

I'm forever amazed at your small dose amounts HH. Hats off to ya though. My hip pain just laughs at amounts that small. Wouldn't take much an you would be stocked up for life, haha.

This morning for me was a blend of Red and Green Hulu Kapuas from some older MOTARK batches. Now that sure hit all the right spots. Sad he rode off into the sunset like so many others. He had some of the best, most consistent leaf out there for a long time. Often wonder who his supplier(s) was/were? I know he had some VLNT leaf there near the end, but they were not his main source. Good stuff!

A blend of his generic named "Red Vein" and "White Vein" is still one of my very favorite blends to this day. Glad I stocked up on his leaf when I had the chance. Happy Saturday everybody!

The blend was good and I use a $17 AWS .00

KOG Super Green 40% KATs Pure Yellow 40% Nugroz Bentuangie 20%

My Saturday burn is 25% white Maeng da 25% red Borneo and 50% JongKong!!! Love it love it love it.
