Got a tfh order.that usually tsked 3 days itsbeen 7 day and no more expected day just said moving within network and this morning arrived at a Tennessee usps... so im hoping monday, also one from mitraman says will deliver tomorrow but i doubt it cause it hasnt updated

They are pretty backed up but yesterday I got in a split from 7Ohm. I'm in Tennessee and he's in Washington state...across the country in 3 days isn't bad? Stuff I've ordered from Amazon has taken over a week though..

Its backed up in places not everywhere. With things getting more serious with shelter-in-place orders it will be getting more backed up in the days to come. The USPS has made more shipments in the last few months than they have in years, but it is still moving which is a good thing. Everything people order should still make it to their destinations but they may take much longer to do so.

I ordered something from Amazon a few days ago and yesterday I got a confirmation stating that they were refunding my shipping fee because it was going to be late. But on the order page it says it’s only a few hours from my town. When I ordered it it said it wouldn’t be here until the 22 nd to begin with. I’m so confused that I don’t know what to think. I guess I’ll see it when I see it

I had an order that shipped March 25th that arrived two weeks later. Bought way more kratom than I wanted or needed because I thought I'd need a second order to get anything at all. Be patient - things that might seem lost during normal times might just be late.

I got three priority packs from three different states in two days last week, so that's normal or better than normal. I've had a first class one that was sent out Tuesday that I'm still waiting on, and it's been doing weird things on the tracking but it should still be here tomorrow. Overall they've been doing a great job, no complaints about USPS from me.

Ordered some heaven leaf and got it in 2 day when they shipped. I think its not in all area's, maybe big cities get more crazy but country side more faster? who knows.

I just ordered from Amazon with a delivery promise for Monday. I guess I shouldn't get my hopes up.

And, damn, it took four days for a letter from my mom to get to me. She lives about 7 minutes away from me She is in assisted living and they have that place LOCKED DOWN. She is going nuts.

I'm guessing the Post has had to hire more people. Man, would I like to get a gig there!

Stuff from Amazon is taking much longer than it used to. I got word that they are prioritizing based on what people order. Two of my toilet paper orders got cancelled as “technical issues”, LOL. and it took my magnetic eyelashes about 3 weeks to arrive. So that was a “curiosity” purchase from before the virus was affecting our everyday life. I haven’t opened the box, as I am not so curious how magnetic eyelashes work these days lately (tho they might be fun for all of the ZOOM meetings, LOL). I’ll probably open them soon, now that I’ve got a lifestyle routine in place. That was so draining of my stamina! After running all over town to get preparedness supplies over about 7 days. Once I had it all stocked up in the shed, I slept 18 hours (near the beginning of all this still) and only woke up to drink fluids and eat and slept another 18-20 hours. Once the panic and adrenaline cooled down, I was out! At least my tolerance went down during that time.

Finally procured 4 rolls of TP today! Got 6 in the mail from EBay, so we are good. Got tons of Kleenex, but Mom burns through that stuff fast.

Greyfeather, I hope your mom is ok. I cannot imagine how awful it must be for both of you!

We are coming up to Ramadan in addition to other religious holidays. Indonesians do not work and only eat after dark for about 3 weeks? I can be wrong about the details associated with Ramadan, but the point is, get orders in stock for personal use at approx 45-60 days worth and then maintain that amount. This industry has SO MANY challenges to overcome, so I recommend everyone have that amount on hand (where it’s legal, obviously). There are hiccups in the supply chain because of extra COVID-19 safety checks and one export route service over there is shut down (not forever, unknown how long). There is no reason to panic, people have GOOD PRODUCT all over the place and lots of it. It’s just important to keep that much on hand so you don’t have to “white knuckle” it until the mail comes. Just a suggestion based on my experience over the years with this holiday season.

Bought a large order with priority mail and took 3 days to leave the state of origin, and now has been shipped to the complete opposite side of the country (SPRINGFIELD MA NETWORK DISTRIBUTION CENTER) Massachusetts... I am on the west coast.

I just had a package scan for the first time after being MIA for 10 days and the current expected delivery date will be day 12. That's a new personal record for first-class mail. Everything else seems to be diverted nearby for a few days before circling back. Priority has been either on time or 2-3 days late.

Yeah my first class went back and forth in the same state a couple times, then it puddle jumped to my state. Usually itll travel all the way by plane in one night to near me because I live near a network distribution center, but this one wanted to stop and do some sight seeing I guess. No big deal, first class isn't guaranteed like priority, and sometimes they can take up to two weeks even in normal circumstances. Priority has been normal for me so far, but we'll see what happens this next order. I know any time my luck can run out with them.

I am never getting First class, you pay more and TWICE it took longer and one of the items was stepped on and crushed and broken... I never had that with regular shipment. Maybe because first class, less items get shipped and easier too get lost? i have no clue. But did not have good result and i had to wait longer then the regular shipment. Unless its next door state or same state, you can get first class, you might get it in same day but if across on the other states, dont even care bothering first class. My thoughts.

Yes it’s been hit and miss for me in Hawaii. I got orders every week or week and a half. Since the virus has shut down most of the state. Last three orders have been late. I still got them that’s the main thing.

If you're interested in the current situation with the USPS, which is becoming dire, here are a couple good recent articles that break everything down in a concise, helpful way. If you haven't been following it, things have been looking grim, and the stimulus/relief bill that just passed is not doing the postal workers any favors. I highly recommend reading up on this situation, and at the very least be aware of what's going on; this is important and affects all of us. Granted, it is just one more thing to worry about during these dark times.

yes sir!! package was in detroit on the 22nd usually when its there i get it the next day because Im not too far from there in central michigan

I saw a vendor on FB posted that Michigan USPS is backed up 1 to 2 weeks because barely any offices anywhere near Detroit are running at all or if they are then not at full capacity

We have only experienced a 1-2 day delay twice over the last month. This affected 4 packages total. This delay originated at our local main post office here in San Antonio. I spoke with the postmaster and he said that some employees may have not been scanning packages in a timely manner. It seems the issue has been resolved. We have also seen a couple packages get to a sort facility and the tracking stops until it is delivered. Strange, but I honestly believe it's postal employees not scanning packages every step of the way. They are definitely overworked and underpaid, especially during this crisis. We love our USPS partners and would be very upset if they closed down. As far as our shipping goes, we are fully prepared to switch to UPS and FedEx if required to do so.

yeah TX to FL is a lil back4d up, had two orders from tfh sit in tx for tow days one ws three so it took a full week for me to get it, but FF got here in a day and a half wich was crazy

So far mail has been good to me...I had three packs arrive this week, one on time, one a day early, and another two days early. I still have some due to go out this week so I may be back later to ragepost. I live about an hour away from a network distribution center, like a main hub. I think that may be a factor in usually getting my mail in a timely manner.
