Potentiators and Tolerance Reducers
Which have proven the most effective for you - if any - and have you found a sweet spot on when exactly to supplement with them?
Also, what’s the current consensus on using PEA?

IME & IMO none of that stuff ever works for me. I think its placebo for people. The only thing that works to potentiate is to take extra kratom and the only thing that lowers tolerance is to cut back your usage for a period of time.

Re: Potentiators and Tolerance Reducers
I've tried quite a bit, and agree, though some may help, most, I can't determine if they do consistently. The ones that I can actually tell a difference with is chinese cats claw and an alkaline/keto diet. I can easily drop my dose 0.5g on either of those. Each person's body chemistry is different, but this is just what works for me.
Full disclosure, I take turmeric, magnesium, and ashwagandha daily as well. However, if I miss a day or two or three on any of these, I can't tell a difference. Miss some cats claw or come out of keto and my next 3-4 burns will be off.

Re: Potentiators and Tolerance Reducers
I'm with SanPedroLover I have tried just about all the potentiators and not single one has worked for me I'm not saying they don't work just not for, if you stick with high quality leaf you probably will not need a potentiators. With tolerance a break has always worked for better than anything sometimes just a reduction and longer times between burns works well. I have used the Chinese Cats Claw in the past but I used it for inflammation and it seemed to work pretty well but have not used it as potentiator or for tolerance reduction.
