Looking for some advice on strains you guys have like. I’m more of a Red / Green guy. I like more of a mid spec strain of both varieties.

I have only ordered reds from Liza. They have all been very good and she is at the top of my list. I love her Red Bali, Red Thai and Red Pucuk. Her Red Borneo is very sedating

I am fond of her green crow....midspec with some smooth clear minded energy and pain killing. Has decent legs which is dependent on my dosing.

I love all of the above mentioned just wanted to add green bota and green papau and any color crow is awesome .I also always like to have RHSC on hand its a stand alone red but I like to blend it in as well

I also don't think you can go wrong with the Happy Go Lucky blend. really nice for mood and smooth energy. a friend recently gave me a good handful of various reds from Liza's to try. I loved all of them. I think I enjoyed the Red Vietnam the most, but don't think you can go wrong with any of them

I have enjoyed nearly every purchase from Liza. They were all reds. But she has sent me some green freebies that were also nice. I had read a lot about her Red Headed Step Child (especially for pain) so I was eager to try it.

It didn't work for me exactly as I had hoped. Of course, it is a proprietary blend, so it won't please everyone. Also, after reading all of Gumbyke's info on 'strains', etc. I've come to the conclusion that replicating a certain product is just impossible. Even if you source from the same farmers (which is probably rare - see Pontianak), the kratom blended into one season's RHSC will inevitably be different from future blends. The 'parentage' of a kratom leaf can never be the same. Every tree is unique and every leaf from every tree is also unique. So I'll read a brilliant review of RHSC written two years ago (or one year ago) for a product that just can't be replicated. Will it hit the same for me? Who knows. This one did not.

I have heard wonderful things about her Happy Go Lucky too. I don't regret my purchase of RHSC because I kept it small. Liza offers an ounce for $5 plus $8 shipping. So 13 bucks to try something you might love. Her customer service is fantastic and the shipping is very fast. For $13 I'd give it a try.
