I ordered 10 days ago and paid for a half kilo I got my usps shipping number and USPS has been waiting for the item the entire time I gave it a week being patient even though it says 2-3 business days. I’ve never had a problem in the past with them until now. I finally got a response from the text only number and Facebook message went unread I can’t get any support or even a refund so at this point I’m disputing with my bank anyone else have any issues with this ? Or recommend another vendor I can check out ? Thanks!

I'm pretty sure he still participates on r/kratom seems like I've seen him there recently. maybe you should try to shoot him a p.m. His handle is Badger Silver...

u/BadgerSilver was the man back in the old reddit days. He really knew his leaf.

Thanks guys today it ended up updating with usps and he sent it after sending another messaging stating my next resort was disputing with my bank just glad it is coming now cause the product is pretty good

Now I am having problems. I ordered on May 16th and today is May 24th and I keep getting the run around.

Looks like a lot of others are having problems from the looks of the facebook page

I'm not the o.p., but I've never really had anything that wasn't at least good if not better-than-average from Acadica. The one that really stood out was the green pinoh, and that's because I felt a bit of the 'euphoria' I always hear people talking about with that one. Granted this was from last winter, so it might not be the same batch if he still has that strain right now.

thank you, i had some good hits and some misses with him in the past, i wish i could sample all his but kratom is one of those things you have to gamble and sometimes you get lucky but in all honest, i could feel from all of them he had in the past, but some stood out better then others. like white kali and bunch other, i ll have to go back and see which once i marked. I wish their would be more reviews of this vendor.. like also wonder if any coupons for memorial day? any one get any emails?

I had asked to be on his "mailing list" ages ago, I'm guessing there just isn't one ha-ha. He seems to post his sales on his FB page though. Last one was 5% off back in March, and I've never seen more than 10% off. That said, his stuff has been very consistently good for years now, and the full price is pretty near as cheap as it gets to start with.

Got a Link?? I checked the FB page for Acadica Kratom and, nothing there.. No group, or updates or chatter.. nothing

Yes Facebook is all private groups so, please let us know where "others are having problems" ?? Otherwise, I see new Green Pinoh and Sibau strains listed. Plus the usual good quality Kali & JongKong's .. Joel never has 30+ variety, but always has < 10 choices all top shelf.

He's been kind of quiet over the past year. I AM interested in his opinion, re: AKA direction and hiring Conservative Utah Mormon Matt Salmon to lead AKA - Joel's in Utah and I believe he knows what's happening - I don't see anything about cGMP. Is Acadica directly violating Utah's KCPA Law which was pushed by AKA there in UTAH ?? Where are Lab tests for 7Ohm as required under KCPA? Or what am I missing here?
