Papua New Guinea, the place where Kratom and Kava both grow

I was doing some history homework with my daughter last night and one of the things we were learning about was the Pacific theater of WW2. And I thought about how my grandfather was on Bougainville for 90 days in Papua New Guinea. PNG is as far as I know maybe the only place in the world I know for sure that both Kratom and Kava grow at. Maybe not in the exact same spots or environments, but I just found the idea pretty cool.
