New to Kratom and the Forum

Hi, I'll introduce myself a little. I'm new to Kratom in the sense that I started using it to maintain my diabetes and the complications therein. I had used it prior but that point in my life I didn't realize it's benefits and dismissed it.

I just wanted to ask if anyone else had the benefits I felt of Kratom, my diabetes was severe and I have neuropathy quite bad in my feet an d my fingers sometime but I truly feel Kratom has helped reverse a portion of it.

I was wondering about strains and people's experience with strains that dealt directly or noticeably in neuropathy support.

Welcome my penguins! I was diagnosed pre diabetic years ago & have been on Metformin as preventative and trying to improve A1c through diet and exercise. Yes I also have peripheral neuropathy ...

tbh hadn't connected that kratom was helping that, much, over past 3+ years ? since I began daily kratom... But now I must admit, progression of any diabetic complications, seems to have stopped! I'm on a variety other meds BP, blood thinners, beta blockers, etc. so hard to say which of these, or combo with lifestyle changes.. is responsible ? again no real improvement, but years ago I had serious problems with my feet, circulation, etc. That has been very stable recently.

I'm going to present this to Doc at next Appt. couple weeks to discuss.. Kratom is a known immune booster.. I do a reasonable low daily serving, Doc knows this and cannot endorse my kratom, of course, but at least accepts I use kratom and Doc admits she knows very little about kratom.
