I ordered magnesium Malate , it has the highest bioavailiability of magnesium and I've read good shit. I'm asking can you tell me your experience? Did it help constipation like oxide or citrate?

Lol, I'm glad you were able to get you Username back after the slight kerfluffle, Fart

The Mag Citrate works well for me, but I'm seriously thinking of getting some prunes. I spent two weeks at a *"Buddhist Boot Camp" years ago. There were stewed prunes at every breakfast. It was like a "Come to Buddha moment" for my plumbing :o :D

Sorry, I couldn't resist ;). Also sorry for the off-topic interruption: I love talking about my Vipassana Meditation Camp experience. What a [NON] ride!! There are 27 of them now: only six 14 years ago.

Again, sorry, but..... prunes!

ive tried the Calm Mood Mag Citrate, the mag malate and the glycinate (a random dose of 687mg or something) ....i think the glycinate is actually more element per dose re: bioavailability but im happy to learn otherwise if true. i take the glycinate once around 11 and once before bed. works great but not problematic in a oh-god-i-gotta-dump-right-now way. I like malate as well and have been wanting to take some malate and some glycinate every day.

After trying mag citrate, oxide, glycinate, and a few complex's, I swear by the natural calm. Stuff does wonders for me. 325mg about an hour before my night time burn. I wouldn't have it any other way.

FYI Mag Ox isn't barely even absorbable if at all by the human body. Any type of chelated magnesium is usually by far the best.... This new one included in sure. I have used nah citrate in low doses and it's always worked great for me, so i am quite skeptical in straying, personally!!
