I posted last Friday on here about needing to lower tolerance since I wasn’t really feeling my TFH strains! From everyone’s replies, realized tolerance was too high! Since then, I’ve ordered a scale. Not here yet. And I’ve made a schedule for Kratom. 10am, 4pm and 10pm. It’s been easier as each day goes. And I received my second TFH package yesterday so I excited to work it into my schedule! I was told to rotate strains constantly, and I don’t know why I didn’t think to do that! Rookie mistake!
But now I feel I am benefiting from Kratom. It’s actually doing what it’s supposed to. I figured something was off when I wasn’t feeling TFH goods. It’s only been a few days but I can see the difference already.

Thank you

You're on your way cbest! About the same as my schedule ~ except I cut out the 10:pm serving. Don't need kratom while I'm sleeping!

Name of the game is GPD - anything to hold down your GPD & keep those receptors fresh.. Sleep aids: l-theanine, valerian, magtein, even CBD (for those w/ pain?) I think a combo of CBD and magtein you'd be totally knocked out at night? Anyway.. good stuff. TFH is great! Kratom so weird but the hassle is worth it.
My latest thing is disposable Measuring Cups in fridge, they are 16 oz. and hold anywhere from 2 - 4 servings!

Nice man! Those cups are smart. And yes, I work at a health grocery store, and we have all of the supplements. I may look into some. Melatonin affects cortisol and I was born with a cortisol deficiency so that’s a no go. But passionflower is nice too. I would use THC if I wasn’t at a sober living place. I enjoy that a whole lot. Makes things brighter. They don’t allow us to use CBD either! But oh well, it’s just a season I’m in currently. I’m moving forward, saving money!
Sorry for the monologue, I had a question regarding magnesium, I seem to get headaches when I take it the next day, does that happen with anyone else?

I had that same issue until I switched to magnesium citrate, now I don't get those pounding headaches lol it took me forever to even connect what was causing them.

I often wake up with a pounding headache, as if I have a hangover except I haven’t drank in a couple decades. I’ve never heard of magnesium causing headaches but hopefully this helps.

Will always love ya, Ballz, but some of us really DO need kratom while we are sleeping,
otherwise we can't sleep. The pain wake us up if it doesn't already keep us awake all night.
I'm really glad that you don't seem to have pain issues. Those of us who do, on the other hand...... No one, especially doctors, know what it's like to attempt an ordinary existence when you are in agony 24/7.
Thank goodness for Cognitive Dissonance. There are so many of us who would rather call it quits than go on like this; So Many. All the same, the people around us still find ways to find/make us INVISIBLE and SILENT.
