Has anyone heard of this vendor? I just got a message from them on Facebook and they’re sending me a free sample. Just wondering if anyone has experience with them I didn’t see any posts about them in the website search

Never personally head of em. And IMHO anyone randomly contacting people on Facebook isn't reputable, reliable, and most likely doesn't have high quality/consistent quality leaf!!! But that's just a generalization of course!!

I heard about the samples and gave them a try. I talked to the vendor for a bit and learned he just orders bulk from another vendor (no idea who obviously) and resells it. thence the price. not my cup of tea I did try the samples. nothing special. very nice of them to send freebies... but I just can't say anything positive other than that. curious what you think when you get it.

Yeah I will try the samples. But I’m not counting on it being great. I have other vendors I’m pretty loyal to right now. But it seems kinda sketch. He’s sending samples in a regular envelope. With two stamps. No shipping label. So what happens if it breaks open? I work for USPS and now I am kinda worried somtybing will happen and they’ll see some suspicious envelope and wonder what I got

That doesn’t surprise me. He messaged me and said “I have just as good or better than happy hippo” like he most likely goes into the hippo Facebook page and tries to steal their customers.

Haha I got the same message! Saying his stuffs as potent if not more than Happy Hippo. So random. All I did was like they're page lol

I got their free samples and also purchased some of their THC free flower - the only place I've ever found that. I did go back and order more of their Super Green MD because it was one of the best mood/energy greens I've had. I also purchased their Green MD to compare, which I also like because it's a little slower for when you prefer that. They always ship for free for me which I also like, and are eager to help and send it out right away. That's definitely unprofessional to reach out to you on Messenger like that though, and yes their prices for bulk are exorbitant. Their website is also a nightmare and their size options are abysmal. If they stay in business long enough maybe they'll figure some of this stuff out. We'll see though with all the really great competition out there.

Thanks for the info! The only thing that really bugs me is he’s sending it in a regular paper envelope. I work for the postal service and we see stuff get ripped open once in a while and I’m afraid that will come open and the kratom will go everywhere

I wouldn't worry about that. They are sealed shut, like most professional bags. Like, you have to tear them across at just the right spot and THEN open the zip lock.
