They just took my order an hour ago. I email religiously once a week. I think this time it was 4 or 5 weeks til they hollered back at me. Theyre cool as hell every time. What ive noticed after taking to Erika and Ben over the past 6 months is that they aren't worried about new customers or even anybody who's not their core base customer group that they know super well. I mean their cool with me and ive talked to them a lot over the past year or 2 but im still not locked into the Sosa regulars club
Is what it is man. Im not here to shit on anyones biz. Especially small batch kratom vendors. I don't lump them in with regular business people. small or large businesses. This is clearly a sellers market that us connoisseurs belong too. Theres more than enough customer base in the gourmet Kratom market which is why half of our favorite vendors are "members only"
Don't believe anything else you've heard. They don't need half of us. Of course then you got TFH and Mitraman and several others on the other end that take a ton of pride in offering top notch customer service. Ive just watched this thing play out with Sosa for a long time now and after several conversations with them, im like ooooh they are still carrying bomb ass leaf but in no hurry to provide it to anybody but their solid base they established long ago. My thoughts anyways

I too have been emailing my order about every 7-10 days for the past month or 2. I got an email last week that they had just gotten caught up on their orders, and my order was taken last night as well.

If your interested I’d say keep reaching out.

I was curious about that myself... I was with him for about 2 years straight so when I was he wasn't getting new stock for months I figured something was up. But then I hear some people's orders are going through and then nothing. Def curious to find that out that. Even though it's been awhile when he gets a fresh batch of Bent in I don't think there is a better one on the market. Same with his Super Gold...
I was just reading more and if what it seems like is the case that's really sad. Ben was always a good dude and like I said the quality and service was always good me. I know he was supplying a lot of ppl domestically on the d/l soI have to imagine this isn't a good thing for a lot of people... that sucks... blessings all!

yeah it does suck... But good news, there's 200+ other Internet vendors - all selling basically, the same thing from same sources in Pontianak... sure everyone's got good batches and bad. When a vendor goes to shit, you can bet he's pouring whatever green powder into your bag and calling it, whatever. Good luck folks. Hype and blind loyalty in this business? Silly.

After they finally took my order back in the beginning of July, it took just over 1 and 1/2 months for my order to get to me. Luckily I expected delays and ordered way ahead of when I actually needed it, but I wasn't expecting it to take quite that long, and at one point I didn't get a response from them for about a month even though I inquired repeatedly about the status of my order. That being said, I will likely order from them again in the future, not because I'm loyal to SOSA, but because I have yet to find an equal to Red Sunda, Baik Bali, or Red Sumatra. The closest thing I've found is TFH Red Muna and 30 Year Wild Red IR3. It's not that these SOSA batches are anymore potent than anyone else's, it's the alkaloid makeup that makes it so special for me. They just hit all the right receptors the right way for what I'm looking for in a red, and I don't think I'm alone with this opinion. I really wish I would find something that was as good as those three, and I'm sure they're out there, I just haven't found them yet. If you do choose to try SOSA just be ready to wait a very long time, and don't expect much communication, but the order will show eventually, you just have to keep sending emails and reminding them that you're still there lol. Anyone that has tried those three and knows of an equal in regard to the alkaloid makeup, please let me know. Good luck

You are 100 percent right about that Ballz all about whos got the passion for the leaf to stay consistent on sourcing and testing quality and not just fill orders. Thats why I really like the TFH business model because they literally are For Connoisseurs by Connoisseurs. I want to buy my kratom from someone with passion and great knowledge of the Indonesian market itself like KOG as well. Speaking of, last time I checked KOG was pretty much slap out of everything.

Definitely makes you wonder how much effort they are currently putting into sourcing and their current priorities when it comes to either being supplying high quality leaf or just getting as much money while they can.

I am definitely going to attempt to make an order and I appreciate the suggestions! May not have any luck and hopefully they are still prioritising good sourcing because I have heard that they have some of the best batches many have ever tried. Guess I should have decided to branch out a year ago!

Actually yes. My orders have been once a month from sosa for at least 8 months solid. Batches, strains, boofy, call it what you want. Quality hasn't been any less than top notch every single order. Not 100% of my cart is fire every time, but 75-85% has been top 1 or 2 of all the vendors i use every single month. And in my opinion along with several other regulars on here that would prefer not to speak on it, The best leaf i get from sosa every month is far superior to any of the 20 some odd TFH "strains" "batches" or whatever floats your boat that ive bought, traded for, gifted from homies on here. I love TFH leaf. Its 5th down my list at best. But his customer service is top 3.
So when you say "chances are... no..." kinda just talking outa your ass as usual. Like when you tell us our "kratom euphoria doesn't exist" Trust me old timer, it does...

Order i received last month of Baik Bali, Red Sunda, Red Sumatra, Yellow Maeng Da, was as dank as any order ive ever received from him. And thats a shit load of orders brother. But that customer service is way past sketchy and when i order, i make sure i prepare to possibly not receive it. Most people don't have that luxury and i def understand that. And i see clear as day where all the negative feedback is warranted on his biz model and orderings being filled/shipped. It aint cool at all. And there is plenty of leaf thats right on par with his. I personally haven't found any as consistent tho. Meh it is what it is. Crazy world we dabble in

@Corde, before you attempt to order from Ben you should probably use the search function as to what you are in for.. as for vendors who have the same stuff as he does, I know of one.. Philly kratom may still have some of the same suppliers as Ben, it's a bit pricier than Sosa but you can click on his descriptions and find the "string dried" batches that he has in stock.. chances are.. they came from Ben. Probably not as long of a processing time either. Is it hype or legend? I personally believe Ben is flying to Indonesia and string drying these batches per order himself..

Yeah I wasn't really that impressed with TFH as well but man sosa has some really good stuff just wish whatever issues are going on can be resolved with his business. Also yeah kratom can give euphoria when you take enough anyone who says otherwise either isn't taking enough or is being dishonest.

That's a good point. I was on heavy meds for a decade, and for good reason. The effects from those, in general, far outweigh kratom's. It bothers me when people show clear drug - seeking behavior in regards to kratom. That's part of the reason I couldn't get my medication anymore, and started to be treated like shit. I wish it wasn't associated with kratom - the only thing that makes m my life (and the pain) bearable. I dread being looked down upon like that again.

Granted, this doesn't necessarily mean "euphoria"- the whole subject - and its complications - are complex. I just don't want to lose another last resort, or be treated like crap.

After years of oxy use I guess my definition of euphoria has been changed as well. I would call kratom more of a buzz than really euphoria but thats just me. Anyone I know who has used actual drugs or pharmaceuticals in their life always says that kratom isnt shit and anyone who tries to say its a drug needs to try real drugs and then they will understand

Once again... I respect your opinion, zero problems with you voicing it. I could break down to you so easily and undeniable the reason we have been discussing "euphoria" You're missing the point of what this is about. I and a few hundred if not thousands of avid Kratom advocates and connoisseurs from around the country that only partake in top quality, small batch custom vendor leaf, all are in 100% that Euphoria and sometimes heavy euphoria depending on the batch, your overall health, your sleep patterns and quality, your diet, the amount of regular exercise you get on the regular. Point is theres no debating what so ever that thousands of us DO receive significant Euphoria and many more positive benefits that are pushed off as untrue, wrong, and bad for the AKA, and the general movement of keeping Kratom legal. Its pushed off not as an opinion, but as a cold hard fact on here sometimes by just a small handful of opinionated bullies.
So when a new member joins DoubleM and mentions the Euphoria he has received or several other terms the bullies seem bent on censoring and ridiculing said new members. Most of the time those members are embarrassed and insulted and leave as fast as they came. And i have an inbox full of messages from several of them asking why people are so mean here. I assure them its literally only 2-3 members but those members have that bully mentality and don't let too many members slip through cracks with out making sure they're called junkies, or some other derogatory jab for daring to mention they have received any kind of Euphoria.

Once again this goes way deeper than that, but people need to wake up. Dose shaming, and trying to control the narative because they feel entitled is bullshit. And im done letting people get run off that are just looking for help. Euphoria, heavy mood lift, Extreme insomnia aid with what would be called "nodding" , extreme levels of painkilling affects (for me i received more effective pain killing relief from Kratom than Oxycodone)
These facts need to stop being denied, and the well being of thousands of opiod addicted wonderful men, woman, and children needs to take priority over certain ass hats that want Kratom thought of and discussed exactly as they deem fit. Its whack. If 62 year old Jane doe kills her pain with a 6 gram dose, she doesn't need to hear "youre abusing Kratom lady! And youre ruining it for all of us. Thats the entire point Corde. Nobody is telling you that you ARE feeling euphoria. Nobody.
But there are daily attacks on peeps who DO feel euphoria and told they're lying when they are NOT.
Doesn't bother me one tiny bit that you don't feel what i feel on the highest level of Kratom.
Try cruising over to Mewe for a couple days and listen to the endless conversations from Vendors themselves, that are imo much higher level leaf than TFH and you'll hear about different batches that are highly Euphoric. And several other of the forbidden words here. Hourly, daily, and by well respected hundreds of good people on that platform alone...

I was prescribed Oxy and Norco for 5 long years. I won't list the pain i battle right now, but it would make you throw up just hearing it.
Kratom with out question helps my pain more than Oxy and Norco combined. Maybe not the first 2-3 months i was ever taking Oxy/norco. But eventually? Pffff not even a question. KLraqtom is far more effective for me. And id think im crazy if i didn't know a giant amount of people agree with me 1000%

People think if they're super deep in the kratom community in some way and regularly partake for a few years, they start getting protective and offended by what they think newer members or anything of the sort don't possibly prescribe to their exact feelings and their unfounded plan to keep kratom legal. Look Zach I have no problem with people having a nice buzz or euphoria whatsoever, I have no problem with people taking as high of a dose or as many doses a day as they want. I take 6 to 7 gram doses 3 to 4 times a day. In my personal opinion I dont think kratom should be openly referred to like a recreational drug because that is exactly how they are trying to ban it but we have talked about this already before. I do not want you to feel that your opinion is wrong or to think that I dont want to hear or dont respect your opinion because I do. I agree no one should be bullied about what helps them have better quality of life.

Let me ask you this, do you believe that it is laughable that the forum doesnt allow discussion of payment processing for vendors? Kinda ridiculous right everyone knows were here talking about buying kratom but cant even discuss the means of payment, and that is because it is for the vendors safety because there are people out there that will shut those payment processing down because it is for kratom. Just like there are people ouy there that very well use everytime someone has a recreational drug like story as reasons as banning it. Like ive said before man I think people should have as much euphoria as they want but there are many many people out there that want to persecute that euphoria. It's all good here though buddy like I said I respect your opinion and if you want to talk about euphoria then do your thing man I dont want to stop you
