I've ordered from SOSA Speciosa multiple times and they often don't send confirmation that its been mailed or tracking with my orders, even after asking. I also never get responses from them when I email them about it. I ordered from them several days ago and haven't received my package yet. I emailed them twice and haven't got a response. I paid. I got the first confirmation that they took my order. Nothing since then.

Anyone else having issues with SOSA? They have good kratom, but they just seem kind of unreliable. I had to order from somebody else after just to make sure I had kratom coming.

There are a couple recent threads on SOSA - I'd check them out. Some have had luck, but there are many like you.

SOSA is all over the place lately. Some have gotten their orders in a timely manner, while others like myself waited for a month and a half, but it will eventually get to you, even though they typically won't answer your inquiries. Hang in there, it's usually worth it in the end. \m/

Hey Drumaddict I take it you got some 5-20 strains?
And to OP, ya Sosa threads about shitty CS from Sosa are a common thing around here for about 4 months or so I'd say. I've received at least one order a month from him for the last year or more. Even after his responses dropped down to almost non-existent. Is what it is. Pretty lame. It's a gamble when ordering from him these days. Nobody I know really has an answer or knows why. I talked to Ben and Erika a few months back when it first got really inconsistent and there were some "Sosa exit scam" threads created. Turned out he wasn't part of any exit scam but something definitely changed drastically with his "business model"
They told me something along the lines of "we have a good size loyal customer base that aren't on any internet forums"
I told them about the backlash that was forming on Double M and they weren't really concerned. Actually they seamed more annoyed by it than anything. Pretty lame but that's how it came across. I still have got quite a few orders from them after that but communication and responses are sketchy at best. I always received my order though. Feels like it's got a little bit sketchier every month tho. Couldn't tell you why. Ben's always really polite and cool with me when he does hit me back. But it's getting farther and farther in between responses from him.
I don't like judging people if I truly have no clue what's going on in their life/situation. Unlike that crazy ass 7ohm fool who comes on here writing story's about drug fueled insanity followed by movie style hacking and robbery stories. With Sosa nobody has really been able to shed any light on the situation.
I'm thinking my ordering days are def numbered with Sosa. If not already done. I just received a few kilos from him last week tho

Yep, the Red Sunda I got this last order was 5-20 and amazing. This whole thing is such a bizarre case. I'm not convinced they're doing it on purpose, I still think there's something else going on that they're not mentioning to anyone. Whenever they would respond to my inquiries about what was taking so long, they would always be extremely apologetic and portray the situation as if it is currently out of their control, and that the current situation is also frustrating to them. I don't know, but I'm like you and I don't rush to judgement when I don't know the facts.

any good updates on the sosa front? getting real low on what i have left from him but still nervous and ordering.. not trying to wait a month+ when i don't exactly have the money to burn right now. maybe i'll try the trade block instead?

there isn't one he just swaps them as he goes through it i guess. last 2 baik bali's i've had were 2-20.

he usually is fast with the first response and invoice. it's just trying to contact him after that, that is harder than getting in touch with the president loool he already invoiced me for a kilo i'm just contemplating if i want to wait over a month or not...

I'm gonna say unfortunately yes. Hit him up several times for an order. No answer. Last email I hit him up I stated specifically that I wanted 2 kilos. Then he responded back and took my order. Then for the first time for me after I paid he didn't send me tracking or shipping info 7 days later. Usually I get shipped out in 1-2 days from him. So I messaged him and told him I was out of Kratom and why hasn't he shipped? Then I got tracking a few hours later. No response about my message tho. All signs for last 6 months point to well shitty situation. I'm real close to being over it with them. In fact I'm 99% sure I'm already out on dealing with it anymore

Ordered from Sosa about a week ago, and haven’t heard back from him since. Communication was good during order process, but nada afterwards. I’m willing to wait a bit, but would be nice to at least get a heads up as to when I can expect it. Very odd behavior, perhaps he just ships a few out whenever he feels like it lol

Ok so ive ordered successfully from Sosa for months and months up until I think this october. Sometimes they were a little late on email communication but they always got back to me eventually. Every time i did order they would send me a [removed] invoice link that I would pay that had my address and info on it.

This time was different, i got an email from the same address i'd previously ordered from telling me to pay via [removed]. But with a entirely different tone that the person i had been in contact with previously.

"Sure i can prepare that for you. The total with shipping is $77. [removed] "

If you look on [removed] you can see the guys name is [removed]. I was under the assumption the person I previously did business with was a girl, just based on how extra friendly they were and their frequent use of emojis. But that's just speculation. It did seem like this email came from someone else entirely though.

Neither platform [removed] has an associated address for shipping. I payed the amount since I have done so much business with them before and they have never responded sense.

Part of me thinks a former employee or something got ahold of their business email and is just taking all the order money and running the business into the ground. There looks like multiple people on [removed] that have had the same problem.

It's a goddamn shame too, I loved their kratom and honestly would continue business with them cause it was just that damn good. @SosaSpeciosa if your reading this, Id love to continue giving you my business if you are still in business. You can start by either refunding me my $77 or send the package that would now be like 3 months late. I wanna give you the benefit of the doubt that someone took control of your business, I saw your name on this forum so I'm trying a last ditch effort at communication with you.

SoSa did not pull an "Exit Scam". This has turned into a plain ol' SCAM. Appears there is no Exit? He just leaves the website up... Email is active! Money Machine! Keep banking money by P2P, and... No Refund / No chargebacks!

SoSa had NO exclusives!! Other USA vendors sell the same leaf, from the same Indo sources. A Reminder, that kratom a grey market product legally, is a "Wild West" for sales & marketing out there... Name ONE other thing sold online, to millions of people, paying with hard Cash $ and sold and traded by many very sketchy folks. Basically... The #1 SCAM on the Internet?

Why? Because kratom is great! That's why.. It's the greatest discovery in, oh, at least 25 years.

SOSA is DONE. Figuratively and literally. I saved the mugshots.

Maybe it's not my business, but I'm a little curious...did he get a jail/prison sentence? Has anyone been able to get in touch with him for potential refunds, or is that a moot point?

How are you guys ordering from Sosa?? His website doesn’t even work for me unless I have the wrong address. I’m pretty afraid to order after all that’s gone down with him but I can’t ignore the fact that all the Sosa I’ve acquired through others has been crazy good. I’m just afraid of being another customer who buys and never receives their order and I can’t afford to be in that situation.

I'm sure him and his associates would absolutely love it if you sent them some money. Just dont expect anything in return for it, possibly not even a "thanks for the free money" email.

mind boggling this is still being discussed. there is no vendor that goes by SOSA anymore. there is no leaf to buy. if you want to throw money into the void at least give it to me so I can get a place to live. there will not be an opening of the sky and suddenly things will be "made right" and everything "back to normal".

its like showing up to a Toy's R Us and trying to get inside to buy a christmas gift. there is no more business. buy leaf that is real and buy it from vendors that sell the same quality.
