I figured something was up. Known more than a few people who have had their money taken. Everyone keeps saying he's "fighting his demons", but thats a shitty excuse to run off with peoples money during a pandemic.

Dude had some great leaf but damn it's been crazy as hell getting any from him without a massive run around

Good to know. I ordered from him once a long time ago, and hated my experience. Leaf was good yeah, but I’d rather give my money to other vendors with great customer service and leaf at the same time

How about WORSE than a Exit Scam? - those are over quickly. Everyone who ordered, gets burned, BUT word gets out and nobody else is stupid enough to send Money... HERE, SoSa and his friends, buyers, and enablers... were allowed to keep stringing people along for... 6 Months! Six freakin' Months of terrible Cust Service, after it was reported on MM... Well guess what. Tip Of The Iceberg. Ben admitted on MM, way back then... He was sitting on 400 freakin' Orders that hadn't shipped. Yes!! Un-fuckin believable but true, and so - How many people got stiffed over 6 months ?? Nobody will ever know. But its a LOT.

In some cases orders were shipped 2 and even 3 times before they were received and there was also the corona impact as I did not at first know if it was even safe to send the product or what the liability would be if someone were to tie being sick to having used kratom from southeast asia. Those are only a few of the factors that led to a truly miserable experience for everyone involved and I completely understand the frustration and dissatisfaction of those who had the misfortune of having been a part of it. I definitely could have handled things better and I recognize my fault

I through an epic shit fit here on MM back in MARCH about my 'stone cold no' customer service, particularly because I am disabled and I purchase what I need for the month on the 3rd of every month. It's a tight budget and my kratom was dwindling down, waiting for an answer to my emails, three weeks later. I intimated with a couple of others that all was not right in SOSA-ville, but they discussion was tempered down and people gave him the benefit of the doubt and I demanded a refund so I could get kratom from somewhere. Someone I think gave him a heads up and I sent him another email, this time just asking for a refund. I got my refund. After that, I was done...I heard people kept ordering from him, but I was done. I took it personally. Another kind vendor here sent me some free product to get me through the month and I love them for this...but no one else should have to clean up the messes left by other people. I like to know, and know well, who I am purchasing from. It sounds like though, with an addict, no matter how well you think you know someone or understand their business as consistently ethical, all bets are off when it comes to Cocaine. Or something addictive. Perhaps something cheaper.

I just placed an order with Sosa 3 days ago and he assisted with placing an order but haven't heard anything regarding shipment confirmation, hopefully the order gets shipped.

Does any of you know anyone who has red leaf compatible in quality to Sosa?
I already tried Liza, Danette615, MitraMan and Rhino, but it's just not the same.

I would also like to know about a place that has red leaf as good as Sosa, I have had a few from Benni but most of the time it’s sub par

Would someone be kind enough to pm the details to me as well? I apparently haven't participated enough to pm on my own. I placed an order a little less than a month ago when it sounded like he got his stuff together but I guess that was false hope. Waited 8 months before I placed another order because I heard things were shady. He actually responded immediately this time and said the order would ship in a day or two which is what I was used to when ordering from him so I figured it was all good. Going on 3 weeks now with no response but he's still taking orders, I see...

Is there anything anyone can do alot this? It’s been 21 days/3 weeks since I paid and nothing. Can we do anything legally to get our order or money back?

Not much, short of paying an Attorney & filing a small claims lawsuit, which won't happen over < $100. Vendors in 2020, use P2P payments which you have NO "chargebacks". P2P is supposed to be, only personal payment between friends.

Let's Learn a lesson... All kratom vendors, now operate in a very sketchy biz using P2P, we're all taking a risk buying kratom online. Sure it's a small gamble, but still - Any vendor could pull this. A vendor who accepts Credit Cards? you can be sure your CC is going to a shady, offshore, processor... Russians most likely. We may get this fixed, after Democrats legalize Cannabis ? but, for now, P2P works best.

Ben is playing this just right. . Leave his website up, to collect orders... Reply to a few emails, maybe, keep 'em hangin on... It's proven that kratom buyers have 1- Loyalty to keep buying from same vendor, 2- Willing to forgive and "trust" any flakey vendor even when Red Light is blinking and warning signs up! Even when there are many dozens of other sources out there selling as good or better, Leaf... people wanna believe MY vendor is special somehow, because he sold me 1 good batch six months ago.

This is so sad. And maddening. I got so much good leaf from him last year and he was such a good vendor.

Just finished my 250 gram bag of red suma, he sure did have some awesome kratom. I mean i even enjoy some of the greens but not all of them from him. i think reds is where he shined the most. its sad to see him in trouble, you never know, life trows shit at you at random times, lets hope he is well and good.

Man this is crazy. I’ve personally never heard of an exit scam lasting like that.. but I do understand how it can happen with Kratom. What Ballz said is absolutely on point. This is true of suppliers of all mood-altering substances. I’ve seen people treated like pure garbage.. but it all seems to disappear when the supply meets their hands.

Karma is real though. He’ll get his eventually, and it will suck worst than a couple arrests.

Honestly, I've never enjoyed Sosas leaf. I know a lot of people like it but I just don't get it. There's so many better vendors out there who don't scam you.
