What are the best types of kratom extracts ? In powder?

Honestly extracts really aren't worth it unless you make them yourself. Vendors charge way too much for stuff that will sometimes not even work. A simple A/B dcm extract is amazing and seriously blew me away with how potent it was, kind of scary actually.

OMG that made my brain hurt but really was super interesting, I think I m sticking to straight ol kratom or extract with citric acid,lol or grabbing Gg from Carolina kratom to use every once a bad moon.

I haven't really had much luck with vendors extracts only a couple really impressed me and it was never worth the price they were charging for it. Now obviously these type of extractions are not very "newb" friendly but they do result in amazing yields/results. This type of Acid/Base extraction can be used pretty much to extract anything you want from any organic matter with very minor changes. It's a good skill to learn if you're interested in this type of thing.

Wow that process is intense! Kudos to that guy for his patience and attention to detail. I'm familiar with the process in the video, and I think the max yield with that method is about 6%. And when you can get good 10% lab produced extract for around $1.50 a gram it just doesn't seem like it's worth the hassle to go through all that work.

There's definitely improvements that can be made to get better yields he even mentions quite a few changes in the comment section of that video that resulted in much better yields. I would say the yield can easily be 10% if done correctly. However this method isn't great for extracting large amounts of kratom and will be an extreme hassle also not cost effective.
