A happy new year HARVESTED with TEXAN adoration

Post by Klyded »

I wanted to really post in hindsight of this year in my mind. I came to these boards.... not to write a post about my endearing journey ala' the leaf  ..... but to find something to alleviate a lot of the "terrible" that was circulating this past year.

I've said it in other posts throughout the open events, but I would be hard pressed to not express, emphatically approaching new years, how gracious I am to this community and connecting with the TFH magic- and consequently where that lead me in my oh so endearing tale of tea and leaves :D --- That was a run on sentence. It is the thought that counts.

I'm also not aiming to speak abstractly here- in a very real way the texas family harvest open events created a better way to experience and remember lockdowns and forgotten holidays- they were like safe indoor alt. festival holidays where I sat cozily pouring over menu updates- I was hunting leaf with enthusiasm, not worrying about a pandemic. That is an example of peoples wielding a weapon of "feel better" and knowing how to use it despite the arduous workload or intensity involved.

I have incredible respect and admiration for small batch vendors that take up the charge of networking to my doorstep something i genuinely need to approach life with authenticity. Texas Family Harvest, Double M and the Mewe family made me happy during a year with plenty of excuses not to be. Plainly, it would have sucked exponentially more had it not been for the pulverized plant matter.

Happy new years! Let us reflect and pray upon how neato it is to be involved in this search for indo treasure during the unique blip in human history we can connect like this with the commonality of something more grandiose and rewarding than a fantastic facebook selfie.-- that would of course be a healing in its most basic foundational sense... or don't think about that at all and just burn a special candle.

I wish I had a dollar for every time I've scanned, obsessed and drooled over the TFH menu!
