hi all, i use to be a daily kratom user about three years ago, back when sourcing and reviews were readily available on reddit. those were the days! it wasn't such a hassle to find out who is legit and who has the best stuff. anyway, i been clean since then, so i have literally had zero tolerance. i decided recently to start using kratom again and i did a bunch of reading around here; decided i would try Liza. now im not in the business of bad mouthing vendors, but i also believe in being truthful. I have been disappointed with Liza's stuff. with zero tolerance, it takes me 7-10 grams just to feel anything. im just hoping you all could recommend another vendor for me to try? maybe her stuff just did not vibe with me? who knows... i also miss the days where vendors weren't private and were open to the public. hope u all can help!

I would recommend trying benni botanicals or mitra man.. they have both been solid for me. I like lucky herbals a lot too but I believe it’s members only for the most part. Good luck!

Welcome, lordpickle! I'm sorry Liza's hasn't clicked for you. I've had hits and misses with her stuff, too but her Happy-Go-Lucky seems to always come through, just in case you ever decide to give her another try. In the meantime, have you checked out the recommended vendor list? https://saidit.net/s/KratomVendors/comm ... nter_2020/ All of those vendors have excellent reputations and I can speak to several of them from experience. I agree with Greatfulbeam's recommendation of MitraMan; his stuff is very high quality and potent. I've not tried Benni's so can't chime in on that, but would definitely recommend Fused Flora, KOG, Lucky Herbals, Denette615, Rhino Remedies and Botanical Bunny. TFH has some of the best leaf around but is members only so you have to wait until they have one of their open events to buy from them, either that or check out the Trading Post. Lucky Herbals and Denette615 are also members only but it's still worth shooting them an email, just in case.

I can attest to all three vendors named. Benni, Mitrman and Lucky. Lucky’s has the best green Maeng da I’ve ever had in 5 years. It’s always good and always consistent. I recently opened a bag of his Sunrise Bali that I bought a year ago. Its a 70/30 blend of white and red. It’s been my go to for the last week every morning with my coffee and CBD oil. The next time TFH has an event, I’d recommend trying to get in on that. Some other vendors I like are Otie’s, Rhino Remedies, Kraydo, Botanical Bunny, OKIE Kratom, Herbal-RVA and Smiley Time Herbals. I’m sure I’m missing some. But those are some of my top vendors. As for Liza, it was hit and miss. A got a sampler and most were missed but two were stand outs and quite good. I haven’t reordered due to such a high miss rate of about 8 different strains. Some people rave about her kratom though. So body chemistry may have a lot to do with it. Or maybe just off batches. I’m not sure.

Thank you, I thought I was maybe crazy because I don't feel much off of Liza's. I ordered a few samples from MitraMan, Lucky, and Fused Flora last night; hoping those turn out better for me.

I have the same issue with liza her stuff doesn't do it for me I have to do higher doses as well

That’s so odd your experiencing that with her tea if she has the strongest stuff out their that’s why she’s so popular . Sometimes it’s our own bodies not every strain wont work for you

All good, but all slightly different... Vendor's website & social media tells you a lot, about their operation. Mainly - How many Indo sources does the vendor use? That major question, helps to answer the "Quantity or Quality" issue. All USA vendors are re-sellers, for a product made in Indonesia.

There are literally 100's of Indo suppliers, trying to "hustle" leaf, on Facebook and everywhere. Buyers should TRY to figure out... Has the USA vendor found 1 or 2 main, quality Indo sources? OR, is the USA vendor buying from a dozen different sources... kind of like consumers... in endless search for better leaf but always buying more? Those are the TWO main types of USA vendors.

1. Vendors who stock from dozens of Indo suppliers: Liza's, Benni, Smiley... really the KOG business model. Huge variety! Last year I checked Liza's website and found 120 "strains"... different batches from many Indo sources. The vendor version of KBD! Since all Indo's claim to have the latest greatest leaf... buy from everyone! Problem is, warehouse full of average stuff? Likely to sell "Vendor Blends".

2. Vendors who import from 1 or two Main suppliers: Lucky, Mitra-man, Rhino, Kraydo. These vendors have found, a high quality reliable Indo source; have a close relationship with that Indo... No, they won't tell the name of their source! But it's consistent, with maybe a dozen "strains" on the Menu. No "vendor blends", they sell original Indo products.

Both business models, can have top quality "fire" batches, however it's hard for the consumer, to dig through 100 selections. However the large variety vendors, do have some unique brands... KOG's MD Ultra... Red Head step-child at Liza's. For example... BOTH of these models, are still importing small batch kratom. Not buying bulk dirt kratom from USA Wholesalers, like the vendors on Facebook do lol

Been in the kratom game since 2014 and I can vouch for Mitraman. The Yellow MD is amazing, you won't be disappointed with that strain.

Also 7ohm is still around and killing it

Since joining this site last month, I have tried 3 vendors so far. FusedFlora, Mitra Man, and Liza's.

I got a few recommendations for Red Takengon from FusedFlora and have enjoyed that one. It gives me the nods, feel very warm, and cozy especially if I rotate through strains and only take it every couple of days. Got a few sample packs which was appreciated but they seemed on the average side. The Gold Kapuas sample seemed pretty good though.

Mitra Man I literally just picked up from my PO box today. Was my second burn for the day and I had a kratom tea with gold reserve extract added to it at a local Kava Bar earlier today, so not really a good day to judge the quality of it. However from trying the Red Horn I got, it seems to hit similar to the Fused Flora strain mentioned above despite having extract today.

Unfortunately Liza's stuff seemed pretty mediocre to me. Tried the Redheaded Stepchild, Dark Dragon, Red Crow and none of them have been fire. I have also seen a lot of people here rave about Liza's so wanted to give it a try. Not sure if it is my body chemistry, or those just happened to be very average batches.

Out of curiosity does anyone know why Benni's sales Smiley Time Herbals products on their website?

It just sounds like nothing works great for you I don’t think it’s the vendors !

I find botanical bunny to have pretty consistent good quality, give them a try.

7ohm or Herbal RVA. These are the best two vendors currently in my opinion.

Get on MeWe, try lonestar mitrasource, heavenleaf, rhino remedies.

you can also talk to fused flora (Shaun) directly and ask for recommendations; he's the coolest guy and has some fire at the moment.

who was this comment directed to? your posts are difficult to read... altho I am, sadly, getting better at reading posts like that. I scanned thru the comments and literally no one said anything about any other vendors not working for them, other than the handful saying Liza's doesn't. and it could likely just be their own body chemistry. it looks fishy when a brand new member only has three posts and all are defending one vendor... Liza's. also... insinuating that it's 'not the vendors,' based on one vendor, isn't very nice. or ever nice in general.

Liza's has been hit or miss for me too. agree that the happy go lucky has been pretty reliable. I also tend to like a lot of her reds. some favorites are TFH, denette, lucky, and rhino to name a few.

You all know I love Lizas I have all her classic Thai Vietnam Malay Sumatra plus She's got alot of named strains like Nugroz or Slippery Rock ,zombies, bota,?Bumblebee my favorite blends Happy-go-lucky, RHSC like balz says over a hundred.Shes always looking to get the best leaf. I also love all the vendor s here like TFH SacredSon, Smileytime, OTIES,Lucky, dennette, Rhino Remedies, 7ohm,Fused flora, Bennis, Soul KOG,there is soo many still for me to try I love just lurking and see where the fire is. I ve found some phenomenal leaf here.
I am a kratom hoarder,yep I m obsessed.

I strongly disagree with you, her business model is not ran for quality control, she doesn’t even upload pictures of her actual product. One of her pictures in the recent birthday email even has a watermark on it, probably just grabbed off google lol. Pictures coming soon for years on the strains, same stock photos on different varieties. To me, it just shows the lack of detail or care, maybe this is all harsh but it’s the truth, not trying to bash, I’ve had great leaf from her in the past, it’s just always a gamble.

I see people tell others it’s just their body when in actuality it’s the quality of the leaf. A small variable can be biology, and that would mean not responding to Kratom in general across the board because of an enzyme. We know the variables and factors that can go into not getting a strong burn, mostly comes down to diet, how active one is, and when/what they ate. But if you generally react well to Kratom to begin with and have received effects from it before, it’s not your body when it’s a problem with consistency. Don’t fall for people telling you that you must not respond well to this or that, quality is quality and consistency keeps that quality intact which creates a fantastic vendor.

Thank you for saying this, I truly believed this, even with loads saying the opposite. I heard so many peeps sayin strains not hitting had to do with ones body chemistry.. I believed it until I became more experienced with kratom. I feel a fair amount of leaf on the market is just pretty damn bunk, and the vendors inevitably wind up with some orders of bunk leaf especially when they order so much. Like lisaz with so many strains. I just bought a 2 kilos off her recently I told her to fill my order based off her recommendation. Mostly reds and a few greens. To be fair, a few strains I got were fire, But I got 3 strains that did absolutely nothing for me, even at like a 10g doses..I rather not wind up with those odds.. especially picked by her. Im gonna be shopping elsewhere for awhile.
