So when I first started taking kratom I would buy it from a retailer called CBD/Kratom, the product always seemed to be high quality to me but it was pretty damn expensive. Has anyone had experience with this store? What was your thoughts on the quality of leaf?

I know this post is over a month old but I am curious as well. One of these shops is just a few miles away where I live. They have locations in Chicago, St. Louis, Dallas, Houston and L.A. They seem to be dedicated to high quality products but the are definitely on the expensive side. But perhaps better than your typical headshop kratom. I may try them in the future just to see as it'd be nice to have a local place that sells quality kratom. Does anybody have any experience with them?

I searched St. Louis to find out about this store as well. I'll be traveling through Illinois/Missouri in the near future and am looking for places to purchase. What are your thoughts with it thus far? Online, it looks like a clean place and not too sketchy. But what about quality?

ALL you need do, is check their
Prices - the prices are "
prohibitively expensive." -
A complete rip-off!!
Remember, Kratom is THE #1 SCAM on the Internet. A TOTAL "Free Market" where scammers/ scalpers, take advantage of people... Curious folks, and Ignorant people. WHEN prices are THAT high it becomes more of a moral issue - Do you think it's OK to SCAM people out of their money ?? IF the answer is "NO", then please
Do Not Support these prices. LINKS below.
SAME principle with other types of
Vulture Capitalism... Penny Stocks... Gold Coins... etc. People can and DO, lose their entire Life Savings.

Given the insanely fast speed at which a lot of vendors ship, and that the prices are lower (at least around Double M) than most anything you'd find in a retail shop, I'm not sure there's any reason to look for retail shops at all. Even with the upcoming holiday delays with USPS/UPS/etc, you can spend the "extra" money that would've been spent at a brick-and-mortar store and instead put that toward a larger order from one of your favorite online vendors to keep you stocked up until shipping times return to normal. No need to give your money to companies that are trying to bleed you dry with crazy pricing.
It would be cool to be able to walk into a kratom store and talk to employees about the leaf, but even then there's so much misinformation that I'd be genuinely surprised to hear anything other than the ol' "all our leaves are separated by vein color" and "Red Bali comes from trees grown in Bali". Though, to be fair, there are still some online vendors who hit us with the same lines...
Obviously I can't tell anyone else how to spend their money, it just seems kinda wasteful to be forking over a ton of cash (comparatively) in a retail environment when we have better alternatives.

Exactly, just order ahead of time if your going on a trip and spend that extra cash on yourself. No point in paying those outrageous prices.
