I have been using oblate discs for a while but recently tried a different kind I saw on amazon called Blate Papes. They are square instead of circular and are larger than the discs. They seem to not rip or fall apart when putting them in my mouth before washing it down. Anyone using the pouches or discs should definitely give these a try. I don't think you will be disappointed. I don't see myself ever going back to the little discs. Just search the name on amazon if interested. Happy new year everyone!

It would be appreciated if you left a review on Amazon cause some tards are posting negative fake reviews to bring their star rating down, and one negative review takes several good reviews to balance.

Was just some haters, probably competitors. They really perfected oblates and are very friendly, doing so well as to sell out on Amazon; I had an order cancelled cause of inability to get more soon. Check out their website, they sell directly.

I use the oblate pouches and can get 4g comfortably. Not sure about these though

I usually put 4-5 grams in each. They can hold more than that but anything over 5 grams is difficult for me to swallow comfortably.
