Anyone familiar with motherlandbotanicalsanctuary?

I ordered from them earlier in the year with no problems.
Took 8 days from Indonesia, I was a little worried about overseas purchasing, but the day after i ordered i had a tracking number.

Now i order again and there's no tracking number and they seem to be avoiding my messages.
Just wondering if anyone else knows them or has issues with them.
And either way i don't think I'll buy overseas again. lol


As for the product, it was not bad. Not the best i've had but very decent for the price. (being new here i don't think i can say)

Update:

I did get these guys to answer me.
They were saying there's issues with Indonesian postal, but said they would be able to ship.
But they couldn't give me a tracking number or time frame, so i ask for a refund and they promptly refunded my order. I kinda got the feeling they were bs'ing me, but there's a language barrier...so who knows.
If i order something online and don't get a tracking number within 48 hours i worry, especially overseas.

Now that i see there's US vendors with the same competitive pricing I'll stick to them.

Also, i did notice some small hairs from time to time from this vendor. Especially near the bottom of the bag.
Searching online i found out this is not uncommon, but never really found out exactly what they are.
Not human lol. Very small..about 1/4 inch, light to white color. I read somewhere it could be from the burlap bags some use.

But i still consider them a decent vendor believe it or not, and i thought a refund might take a day or two but it was done within a couple hours.

Well, that's good you got refunded anyway. I've never heard of that vendor, maybe Ballz has.

I think burlap does give off small fibers like what you describe.
