Has anyone quite caffeine CT and noticed Kratom helps?

I've really been wanting to cut caffeine lately to get a better quality of sleep, and to reduce my anxiety (can't even smoke THC anymore) but I honestly just don't feel like going through the W/D's, what do you guys think? Does anyone have any experience with the Kratom improving focus and reducing the headache/brain fog that caffeine withdrawal causes?

don't CT coffee... just taper down. A Starbucks Grande dark roast, contains nearly 400 mg caffeine!! . I used to be hooked on their coffee, until I bought an Aeropress... Best thing you can get, for your coffee AND kratom. Aeropress! makes a great cup, and also best way to make strong 8 oz cup kratom tea!

I actually have an AeroPress! I generally only have one cup in the morning, but until I get that cup I feel like death. I've always wondered if I could make Kratom tea in the AeroPress, do you just use hot water and Kratom? Do you brew inverted? I would love to see a step by step guide if you have time!

Well kratom has slight stimulant properties so this isn't very surprising. However be careful because it can make the caffeine withdrawal headaches much worse. Certain kratom types have a vasodilator effect for me which on top of caffeine withdrawal can result in pretty scary headaches.

I've never had any wd from CT coffee. The only side effect I have is I sleep better.

I was take kratom for years and its usually with a cup of coffee in the morning. As i know kratom potentiate the caffeine effects and you'll feel more energized. But there's kratom that have opposite effects that will makes you sleepy, even its happened to Green strains kratom.

High mitragynine/7hydroxymitragnine content = more opioid effects. Opioids are depressants so yes it will result in sedation, analgesia, moodlift and anxiolytic effects. I personally prefer to take extremely sedating pain relieving kratom instead of the faster more stimulating stuff.

I had to stop drinking regular coffee a long time ago. I would definitely compare the effects of a good green or white 'strain' with the effects of coffee. I think it would make a great substitute.
