Looking for advice. Kratom in Wi

As you can see from the title, I'm from Wi and the rules here still have not caught up with the rest of the country. I've been interested in kratom for a very long time, but have been unable to try it. I'm an addict with almost 7 years clean time, and I think kratom would be a real benefit for when I get that itch again, because it happens from time to time still. Is anyone from Wi that would be able to talk to me privately and be willing to guide me in the right direction, maybe discuss my options. Or anyone outside of Wi is welcome to chime in as well.
