All Natural Artisan Premium Plantation Green MD

I’ve been loving ANA Premium Plantation Green MD capsules but I’m going to switch to just regular powder, so that I can try to lower my dose. After reading it seems capsules can make kratom a little less effective. Any suggestions on vendors who I should try or just stick with ANA? Thanks!
