Any vendors similar to "Viable Solutions" Plantation Maeng Da?

I've been a longtime customer of Viable Solutions / Viable Kratom / Herbal Salvation. They've been professional and great, and their Plantation Maeng Da has been a dependable strain, order after order.

My most recent order, however, is unlike any before. Instead of the usual upbeat/energizing/euphoric profile, it's extremely clouded/stale/foggy, like a thick unpleasant mind fog that drowns out all thought -- and no matter the amount, which I've already tried vastly reducing, even to the smallest of amounts.

Apparently, this batch was infused with extract to up its mitra to standard level. I've never had extract before, but if this is what it's like, I'll never touch anything with it again! I seriously wouldn't take this even if it was given to me for free.

Anyway, does anyone know of any similar vendors to VS's Plantation Maeng Da? Ideally any vendors that have been around for a while, as I'm not keen on "gambling" on the freshly-new vendor roulette wheel, spending months trying to find something/anything that works. I've gone through that process too many times to count, and have had to throw out a lot of useless kratom in the process.

I don't mind paying more if it's a dependably high quality strain. TIA!

Our Red Maeng Da batch is killer right now. A nice, smooth, energetic red with a very clean feel and happy vibe. I can assure you we'd NEVER put extract in our powder, especially without telling anyone! Pure kratom should be left alone (just my opinion)! There is a place for extracts in the kratom world, but Team Kraydo believes it should be a separate product when sold.

I would suggest taking a tolerance break. At least reducing your usage by half for a few days minimum. Continually dopamine receptor activation can lead to these symptoms.

I have a sealed Plantation MD from a couple years ago. Maybe I should crack that open sometime if its as good as you say.

Oh HS used to be a force to be rekon'd with. Big companies haven't really put one and one together on this, but COD opens a lot of doors as far as purchasing things online. I get that it's a risk and all of that shit, but that's the main reason I ordered from them in the first place, I didn't know anything about them or online kratom really at all. Only Kraken once and before that headshop stuff. I liked the ring of "Green Bali" for some reason (still do, in fact):and as it turns out the 500 I got of it was legendary. Blew my mind off, thats for sure. I have a couple more doses in the original bag for a SUPER special occasion. Their Plantation MD has always been smoking, I'm sorry to hear it's gone so far downhill. The thing about that Green Bali is that it always complements the next burn and almost blends with it in a way. The only other batch like that was that HR Emerald Thali from the gumby vintage lots. Super neat.

Unfortunately every kratom purchase is a gamble to some extent, due to it being such a fickle plant and hitting everyone differently depending on personal chemistry. I would go to Fused Flora or Botanical Bunny as a start; I think the latter two offer sample sizes so you can check something out before going all-in on a bigger amount of it. Most of the vendors that are commonly reviewed around here have quality product, but there's always a chance you'll be the one it doesn't work for.

Rhino also has some really great greens and I love most of Mitraman's stuff but they don't offer sample sizes (though you might get one or two with an order). None of those four vendors use extract to "enhance" their leaf though, just plain good kratom.

Hi, I just wanted to note that I made some tea with this powder today (2g), and it's been burning for hours for me. Really nice feeling the way that OP was describing. I can share the batch number if anyone wants it.
