Newbie here, how do yall consume your kratom?

Plenty of people like toss and wash. I prefer to use powder with an oblate disc at home, and capsules or chocolates when I'm on the move.

Tea is another way I like to consume kratom. I have an electric kettle hooked up to a temperature controller so I can steep kratom tea for an hour at about 200 degrees F without having to babysit the stove.

One prominent member of our community, BallzDeep9, advocates for always making tea as kratom is sold as not for human consumption, and the tea process eliminates anything nasty that might be in the powder. Most reputable vendors test their kratom for pathogens and contaminates, but not all. Heat is the only way to be sure that kratom is sterile (or close as makes no difference).

Personally when I don't consume the plant matter I don't feel much at all. Even if I double the dose. It just isn't the same. For me I just add to orange juice, shake and take! Easy peasey. But do some research and find what works best for you. There is alot of good write ups on here on how to make tea. Even the red bubble that was mentioned above. That's the best way to extract the alkaloids when going the tea route. Keep in mind that kratom is a raw product from a different country. So some people are totally against T&W with out sanitizing the powder first. Personally I haven't had a issue yet so I just shake and take. Your question was a really good one and you will receive some great feedback from long time members in here. Balls where you at?

Does the internet have a place which is safe from boofing talk? It's worse than trying to get rid of my deceased dog and cats' fur... they were put down in January and we moved houses in March.. . still finding their hair all over. Aside from being the greatest pup and kit with lots of love, their darn fur is their legacy.

If you learn reverse toss n wash, your teeth will become straighter and whiter, you will drive a fast car, have many influential friends, become sexy, lean, and toned. You may be promoted at work or find it easy to play a new instrument. Old friends from your past will reconnect with you, and the weather will be pleasant for awhile.

Don’t overthink it. Just measure out your powder, add some hot water, stir and set aside for a few mins then add cold water if you’d like and slam it down. Or you can just mix in room temp water if your crunched for time.

Most of it comes down to being safer with tea imho. The boiling water kills the small stuff we can't see and removes most the plant matter (most the potentially harmful heavy metals too). Yea, folks toss and capsule all the time, but my stomach isn't as cast iron as it used to be when I was younger, so it's just much easier on me to do tea. My bowels tend to thank me too.

Some folks don't mind and can take it and just don't have time for tea. At the end of the day, I might like espresso today, a heavy cream latte tomorrow, hell, I've eaten grounds in a pinch to stay awake, it just depends on the preference at the time. I don't think there's a one size fits all, though I do prefer tea most of the time.
