Sept 15 Update: Welcome to "Peak Season" for kratom! Summer is dry harvest time in West Kalimantan, Indonesia. Allowing one month for processing and shipping, vendors should re-stock this time of year, to import the best quality leaf... Buyers should stock up right now! Last year's buying panic of November 15 wiped out the good Summer leaf. Supply and Demand. With booming demand, Indo suppliers scrambled to supply US vendors last December. The result? Many US vendors had sub-par kratom at the start of 2018.

Fresh Stock is happening everywhere now! We attempt to verify, that ALL vendors on this List have current fresh kratom available. Any Vendor who has problems with stock now, is no longer in the game. Payment processing is another issue that has affected most vendors... We have removed several this month, who appear to be closing shop or struggling to stay open.

Code Deals: many vendors offer CODE sales on their website. Standard marketing for online sellers. Many good vendors prefer to offer CODE discounts, every month, while their "listed prices" seem a bit higher. We show CODE under the Notes column for these. New Vendors are good to find - New vendors try harder to earn your business. This month we welcome Seattle Organic Supplements, Seven Breezes Botanicals, and Smiley Time Herbals to the list. Seattle has positive reviews since opening their website in June. Seven Breezes and Smiley Time are the two leaders on MeWe.com social media platform... Both of these guys are delivering top quality leaf, and outstanding Customer Service on MeWe.

Backpack vendors are everywhere, it seems... But are they "real" vendors? No because there is no investment in a business website. Backpack'ers come and go.. Here today gone tomorrow. However, you can find good kratom, buying from an individual Stash Seller. There are many good sources on MeWe and Facebook. Times are changing. Backpack sellers can import small batch goodness and find some great deals... Maybe they are the wave of the future?

Kinda strange world where brick and mortar is less than a web page? So unless they have a web presence.....they aren't real retailers? Our business is private and we specifically do not want a web page. But I just never thought a web page was required....to seem "real"? Why, we aren't even chipped yet?

A few kratom retailers also have websites.. In the case of kratom, "retailer" we're talking head-shops .. and also, some gas-station convenience stores. I'd think ALL of those cases, they are brick and mortar 1st - and maybe a website was - a secondary advertising thing. Five, 10+ years ago it was a vanity thing. Not necessary? Now its like... everyone has a website. Any business who does NOT, is considered to be way, way, out of date.

Online merchants are, website 1st - full E-commerce. Who needs a retail store? Isn't that... the overall trend, in sales of many products? Does Amazon need a retail store? haha well.. they are starting to open Amazon Stores now! Only in big population areas. They're using Amazon Store as a pickup location for their Prime delivery. Same Day Delivery. That's why

Head Shops, sellers of "Legal High" products.. Bath Salts. Fake weed products, herbal cigarettes, and "magic" pills that don't do anything. Herbal pills - full of so-called proprietary blends of bullshit.. Party powders, Brain boosters, Happy Caps. Fake Viagra, sexual enhancement pills like ExTenze.. And the "shots" of course, a liquid version of pills, Viva Zen, O.P.M.S, K-Shots, marketed as a Legal High. Of course 5-hour Energy shots, and Red Bull knock-offs

So... When kratom came along several years ago, the head-shop folks jumped on it. See the documentary movie: A Leaf Of Faith - it was paid for & produced by head-shop people, Urban Ice. The movie is all about "drugs" man...

Exactly right, Ballz. I gotta say when I think of "brick and mortar store" and "kratom" in the same context, there's nothing but headshops (and a -very- few kratom beverage bars) in that place.

Anyone used mystic gypsy apothecary? I ordered and paid for a shipment and it's been days and still no tracking and no response to my email! Think I got ripped off ..if you had a similar experience with them please respond thx

UPDATE: Just checked, and MD Lounge on Facebook, had posted a positive Review of Mystic Gypsy just like 1 month ago.

It's a sketchy business, what can I tell you.. Also a changing business... Small vendors come and go.. They run out of stock.. They lose their Credit Cards. I guess maybe I should just put "Email" on ALL vendors now.. get the message out. No More Credit Card Orders. GONE!!!

Unless you KNOW the vendor... Email! Email!! ALSO... No More Fast Shipping. That's also going the way of the dinosaur.. Again, unless you KNOW the vendor personally. DO NOT assume there will be Fast Shipping! I'm seeing vendors who "used to" do the Fast Shipping thing .. KOG, Kats, others. NOW saying up front. It's gonna be One Week. Why because they're very popular. They have good kratom. They are getting swamped!

IF TRUE, that sucks I bent over backwards to make 1 exception & Vendor List his "business", Only because he threw up a crappy website 2 months ago and assured me, he was "almost ready" to take orders. He did have positive reviews, and customers on MeWe.

Two months later phoney website still sitting with message to "Contact by Email"... well, Email Vendors Do Not Qualify for the Vendor List!!! I don't care how many good intentions. I've been contacted by literally dozens of guys with Big Plans - bottom line they ALL have 1 thing in common. ZERO investment in their business .. And selling from freebie Gmail accounts.

That's my understanding as well, and Ronnie said today on MeWe that he's planning on a Going Out of Business sale soon -- gonna sell everything from the bottle heat sealers to the 400 count capsule makers, etc.

I understand your points completely. I'd take the -exact- same position in your shoes, because you have to take care of the people that trust you for reliable refs. No question about it. But in this case it sounds to me like he put a lot more into his business than a freebie Gmail account, if he's got that much to sell when it's all over. You just couldn't see it from your end, and there are too many posers out there to know the damn difference, unfortunately.

I think we lost one of the good ones today.

Acadica price per gram is much higher as of now. I have been trying to buy from Acadica for past 6 weeks, only time I've been able to get to checkout is with a quarter kilo (24.99 for 250 grams) The split kilo is not available now unfortunately

Hey now, I can't comment for others, but I never had any intention of "going big". I just wanted to give tea people a variety of choices at a sampler quantity. I thought that being forced into one strain at a minimum quantity of a 100 gram bag was archaic. Vendors don't want a lot of crushed leaf because quite frankly, it doesn't sell well. There's a very limited amount of people that purchase it. I was approached several times, about setting up a website, but yes you're right here, my interest isn't wholly vested in it because it would be counterproductive. I go overboard with packing, I have never had a complaint about quality, and it doesn't matter how many orders I do or don't have, they always go into the mail the next day. My profit margin is smaller than a lot of the other vendors because I don't buy bulk. rant /off

Lol I am just a little deflated that none of us with clients that are people too, often older or handicapped, are real live teenage whiskey rock-a-rollers. Maybe in calmer waters where everything is direct care and sales the people are not exactly "shroomery" people and I know drs, nurses, therapists, veteranarians and humble grocers might not read that with perspicacity and first impression is "oh it is a drug/kid/racket thing and not what Dr B told me" and you are ok for the moment, because I'm keeping the pros to myself but kratom assoc. and those like you have already caused a larger future that is arriving and its full of regular schmos and pros who will wonder if they are welcome?

Its a small matter I guess, its just after we have tried so hard to be "fit for a king" and have clients who put thier health in our hands, we are relegated to "head shop gypsies" and gee, that hurts our feelings?

Its here, not coming and the more mainstream it becomes, your "low quality opportunists" will simply stop carrying it. They only are now because they get a dollar a gram and when the patient reaches us, they're a little burned about what they have been paying....out of thier labor or benefits, for thier condition.

I think you should consider downplaying those shops and putting a more positive "ad" part as it were, as if the people who read it might be wearing suits? Say something like "professionals and grocers will expect high standards and customer service and our resources are apothecary quality and user friendly" or something that "forgets the head shops and mentions the clinics" (So they can be thrilled they are already known about and it will be easy to incorporate in thier shop, resident center, clinic, whatever) the cbd people are going through the roof with it and kratom will too.

A last thought: I live in a high retirement population that also has a lot of poor veterans. I think I will suggest that they could be delivering where they live to not-get-outers and pay for a chunk of thier own that way.
I know what you mean about snarky drug site guys who are raking it and "quality and customer service" aren't really on thier radar. I have encountered one and misunderstood what he was saying because he was speaking in a language "only 18 year olds know that have eaten exstacy" and it made me feel dirty! (Mortdecai) but, none the less, I think you have given me our first delivery man on a circuit? I have a veteran that can avoid living out of a "backpack" and be able to get more than he's been able to afford helping others a little. Thanks for that.

I can only speak for myself, and I honestly don't know of any. Around these parts it's pretty much what I said: headshops and a few beverage bars. I -think- there's a health food store in Greenville that carries kratom, but I've never been there (it's a 4-5 hour drive).

If it's a different situation out where you are, please describe it for us. I wouldn't mind hearing about it.

Look again. This is a top 40 list based on price, as well as quality and good customer history. I just looked at that Coastline site; the un-enhanced Red Maeng Da, for example, is $75 per 100g. The above vendors typically offer KILOS for that price.

Glad you enjoy Coastline, because they won't be getting my business anytime soon. There'll be plenty left for you to enjoy.

Anyway you could do a kilo price list or add kilo prices into the list?
