Hello,

I hope its okay to post this. I've ordered from Motarks Best over the last year but have noticed that over the last month they've been out of everything, across the board. I went to their website yesterday and the message says:

"This Account has been suspended.
Contact your hosting provider for more information."

Does anyone know what's going on?

Suspended makes me think he got shutdown. He could of had issues going on with his website (hacked). When that happens sometimes the host provider will shut down your website.

He could of also forgot to pay or stop paying for the website.

Thanks for the response. I'll check back periodically. Hope he's okay.

Yep... SVS = Stale Vendor Syndrome

This is Kratom. ... Vendors come and go. Websites are cheap, they come and go. Vendors with NO website? Even worse. The #1 Thing any kratom Buyer MUST determine, as best as possible - How Current IS this vendor's Business ??

• IS the damn vendor even IN business, still ? This year, this month, this Week ??
• How is this vendor, Re-stocking their Kratom ? IF possible, Who does he buy from?
• When was the last Re-Stock for this vendor ?? Approximately.
• What are the Latest, Fresh-est Products this vendor is promoting?

Who, What, When, where and How ... Again, Kratom IS super sketchy... Noobs should avoid sketchy vendors. You DON'T want some stale, old, dried-out, bunk powder from 18 months ago... You want the good, fresh, nice and green, Quality powder that just arrived Last month... But 6 months ?? NO - That's already been picked over, lol... Current INFO is the #1 Reason people buy from "small batch" vendors on MeWe - because even those tiny vendors, are some good people, & selling quality fresh Kratom.

Motark ? (Spelled Backwards!) - you know what - I strongly suspect the "original" Motark, did Quit the business like 3+ Years ago... Domain was up for sale! Someone then grabbed his domain and claimed they were Motark ... after being totally OUT of business for 1+ year. Now he's gone again - Disappeared ? I'm not shocked. Sorry. We took this "Motark" OFF the Vendor List, over a year ago, suspecting SVS - It gets really tough to keep up.

Ballz is right. I've only been around kratom for maybe 4-5 years, and hardly any of the vendors I bought from at first still exist. I would encourage whoever (Ballz ?) makes the master vendor list that we all more or less started with, does their best to drop vendors who disappear and add new hot ones that are getting good legitimate reviews. If an old vendor comes back with some good kratom, they can let him know and be added back, and if a new vendor isn't getting good reviews or has ridiculous prices or whatever, then they shouldn't make the list. The list is valuable if it's vetted, which it seems like it has been for years now. We kratom customers know we can trust we'll get good product, and the vendors who earn their way on the list can almost be assured more business - it's a win/win. Always check the list, even years later, things change, vendors come and go etc.
