Liza’s
Hey guys! I was hoping someone might could help me pick out some nice reds and whites from Liza’s. I’ve purchased several greens from her, which seem to be her strongest suit and have never disappointed, but am looking into trying some of her reds and whites into my rotation. I do suffer from pain, but also struggle with lack of energy as well so I prefer mid-fast. Any advice?

I’ve heard that her red headed stepchild, red angel, relaxer, and sleepy blend are great.

Happy Go Lucky, good for pain, mood and energy. One stop wonder. Red Headed Step Child and Trainwreck are my current pain and soothing favorites. When I really want to shut it down, Trainwreck is my way to go. Red Dragon seems a little more energetic for a red. Relaxer and Sleepy, well the jury is still out. They are okay.
