Like everything else that's going on right now, it almost always comes down to Big Money for people who already have a lot of it. This bill wouldn't seemingly accomplish that, but it could certainly be a foot in the door for the FDA and Big Pharma, who would just LOVE to find another way to make Big $$$$$ from We the People via regulation.
