What happened to Texas Family Harvest??

Hi, so I've been buying 1.5-2 kilos a month from TFH since I discovered them at the beginning of lockdowns. Anytime I place an order in the morning I get confirmation by early afternoon, like clockwork.... until now... I placed an order yesterday morning but never got a confirmation. I sent a follow up email last night hoping to hear from them, but got no response... have they mentioned a vacation, or taking some time off? Has anyone else had a problem ordering from them? I'm a little stressed, worrying that i might have to roll the dice on another vendor. Thanks!

My guess is that they are backed up due to the Open Testing Event and the avalanche of applications they are receiving. There's details in other threads. My 2 cents.

Oh, I didn't realize they were having an open event. They usually send an automated email that let's everyone who emails them know that they might be backed up.

Sorry for the delay! We aren't actually in an open event, we just temporarily opened up for tester volunteers and it did kind of flood our inbox. With that, we have been about a day behind with member orders.

Unfortunately, doing a follow up email had the unintended effect of bumping your original email to the back of the line, which is why there are further delays. If you ever want to follow up to check on things, it's best to send a separate email.

I'll look for your email tonight once I get the kids to bed. Sorry my friend!
