Haven't received package

I ordered from Mitraman on Friday and they shipped it and it's been stuck at a usps facility about 45 minutes away from where I live since Monday morning.
I've never had this happen that I remember, and I'm starting to lose hope.
I went to the usps website and made an account and the whole works to fill out a "find missing package" request.
Now they are kind of freaking me out with the questions cause they make you get real detailed about the contents, which imo it shouldn't be opened it should just be a priority mail box or envelope or whatever. But it basically says they can't return over the counter drugs, prescription drugs, perishable food, and more.
I wrote "tea" and it came back in red but maybe that's cause I left the box asking to describe the item blank.
I could just outright click something g from a different category like "book."
Anyway I was looking forward to.trying a new vendor and I am now officially out of kratom and this whole situation is ki d of stressing me out. Luckily I get paid tomorrow so at least I can go to the vape shop and buy some overpriced shitty kratom to get me through so I can spend more money buying the same thing again. This sucks
Any insights I'm sure I'm not the first person this has happened to.

As long as its legal where you live your good. Heck write matcha tea. They dont know the difference. I went through an airport and they pulled my stash and asked what it is and thats what i told them. Matcha powder. They said oh and stuck it back in my bag.

This is horrible, I've had to go thru this process for a lost package but don't recall ever having to tell them what it was specifically. I also wrnt to the post office, they couldn't find it. The mail carrier put it in the wrong mailbox I think. Sorry this happened, sounds like there's still a chance you could get it, did they say it's lost? I've also had a certified letter I sent completely lost and a package from Amazon never delivered.

Deliveries of EVERYTHING are (for the moment, at least) all screwed up. Can't tell you how many Amazon packages have just never arrived. Same for UPS and USPS. It's getting more and more chaotic.

But even identifying this as Kratom shouldn't cause an issue with USPS - not a drug, and if not illegal where you are what's the hulu? Credit card companies may be shy about things, but shipping obviously isn't because every single vendor I know ships via USPS and by now some red flags would have been raised by all this OBVIOUS powder being shipped (IOW - if there was some sort of crackdown you'd think at least a few packages would have been questioned/opened/confiscated).

But, as everyone has said, "tea" should do the trick for a description. Or even "herbal tea".

USPS does not care about kratom. Ive talked to postal inspectors before over the phone. They dont care. Its not illegal.

Everyone uses USPS because Fedex and UPS Prohibit Kratom shipping.

So far so good. Through in a bonus 125g of the white JK
Pleased with the quality of Mitraman so far

lol...exact same for me. In fact. I almost made a post on MM about it requesting help but was too embarrassed that I used UPS in the first place.
