Mystic Island Kratom? Help!

I’m looking for a new vendor to add to my short rotation. I’ve been using Otie’s Okie’s and Purkratom. Purkratom has been pretty great but the prices are a bit higher and I’d also prefer to support smaller businesses. I have Green Vietnam and a Red Hulu from Mystic but I haven’t gotten to try them yet. I hopefully will soon and list my impressions.

Assuming that the product is high quality, I was wondering if anyone on here can give me recommendations on what you think they’re best strains are? They have soooo many blends on the website with all kinds of catchy marketing names. This makes it a bit overwhelming when trying to only pick a few.

I’ve been primarily using greens and reds but the whites that I’ve tried from okies have been good and pretty indistinguishable from the greens. I dose 2-3 times per day starting in the morning with whatever I consider to be “fast”, or a mix of white/red or green/red and move on to something different for my afternoon and/or evening doses. I imagine most of you guys have a pretty similar routine. Anyway, if anyone uses Mystic Island, will you be kind enough to offer your recommendations and favorites along with how you perceive them to “hit”?

The more educated we get, the more rating kratom by color will fall away to more of a fast/slow, body feel, head feel, more rankable factors. As it is, designating by color does fill an answerable question with known parameters with information, though inefficient and past their time.

The new Mystic (I never tried their leaf in the past, only this new stuff) sent me samples of phatcracker and grey gandalf. My tolerance ate up the phatcracker, leaving me with only the feeling of strong, ambiguous kratom. I will be trying this again at some point. As far as buying a sample size. It's great to help out a small vendor trying to recover their business and doing a good job at it.

Gandalf was also notably strong, gave me some good feels for awhile. It's def good kratom, would not hesitate to try again.

These guys have a rep for strange naming, and phatcracker... is like drawing me into a black hole where people are playing pickup ball at a neighborhood corner and chewing grape bubble yum.

I tried the Green Vietnam today and it was pretty good! Nice color and smooth texture so it seemed very fresh. I’d categorize it as a very “fast” strain. It didn’t give me any sort of “headband”sensation but it definitely upped my mood and made me very talkative. This one was a great strain for productivity. The pain relief is mid tier (I have lower back issues). This to me is what most “whites” are described as… it’s a get some work done or clean up your house strain. I’d recommend it if you’re looking for this type.
