Yeah, that's right. Louisiana just barely made it through this legislative year (2023) without a state level ban. And now there is a parish (similar to a county) that is trying to do the "quick and fast" ban routine. It's shady as all get out, and you'll cringe if you watch the videos of the hearings.

Anyway, we need your help to send some emails (or to show up tomorrow if you possibly live in Louisiana). The emails would be greatly appreciated, throughout the day MONDAY, JULY 17, 2023

7-17-2023 UPDATE: THE EAST FELICIANA POLICE JURY JUST VOTED TO BAN THE SALE OF KRATOM IN THE PARISH. IN SPITE OF GREAT TESTIMONY FROM FOUR KRATOM CONSUMERS (They were only given 18 minutes and half the Police Jury was present).

The pro-kratom speakers, after they spoke were told "Ok, it's overwith, we have a meeting at 6:00PM. So they were led to believe they should not stick around for the 6PM meeting, which they could have. They didn't want the speakers present for the vote. Very deceptive.
