Kratom Distro Lawsuit

So they lost the case. I'm not sure if he even went to the court case, but the family won $11 million. Is anyone else surprised there is no mention or change at the kratom distro? I would be careful ordering from there. Its almost like hes ignoring the settlement. Be careful for an exit scam. Other vendors have been sued before, but normally they settle and the amount is 10-20X smaller and some what manageable. 11 million is just scorched earth.

Good points Remember a few years ago, a kid in Pennsylvania drove his car into a tree & Coroner found Kratom & parents sued "SoCal Herbal Remedies" in court ? Well we know SoCal is now "First Coast" and moved from CA to FL and... settled. Had to completely shut down, move to different State, and Start Over, prob file BK ? and settle the case.

IN a Facebook comment about this Distro case... one of the First Coast guys, about WTF this Distro guy did not even respond ? SMH you're right. Likely an exit scam or otherwise planning to disappear soon, because legal Collectors will be grabbing his house car and other assets very soon... Or maybe he's already connected to Mr Nice Ky ? lol. Idaho.

I appreciate the info. I will reach out and see what's going on moving forward, but let's not start rumors of an exit scam. They've loyally served the Double M community for years and I've never received a single complaint against them.
