I joined up months ago and never gave this place a shot. After the big Reddit crack down on all the kratom subs a while ago, I migrated to discord. I’m a mod in a couple kratom pages over there. Just wanted to reach out to other enthusiasts and like minded individuals. Thanks for having me.

It's a great way to sample kratom you might not have access to (private vendors, vintage kratom, samplers, more of a specific batch you love, etc.)

Hi All,
I was diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy about 16 months ago. I am in pain 24/7 ranging from 8-9 to 4-5. I use marijuana and it helps. About 2 months ago I started trying Kratom. It helps me more than any of the pharma pills. I am here to talk about my experiences with using it and learning more about using it. I am about 71, and it looks like I will need to use it daily. I can only go about 12 hours without using it...the pain gets hard to take.
I live on 23 acres of Mid-Missouri "forest". I have been living pretty simply for over 35 years. We use to raise hogs and goats. Of course have chickens and we have two cats. I have been with my girl friend for over 30 years here. She is amazing. I am a retired cabinet installer/maker-home repair also, musician
( guitarist ), and house cleaner. I am glad to have found this forum as I think I will be a Kratom user until the end.

I think alot of the veterans were already over here. I've frequented here but was more consistent on reddit and kratom discords.

I do enjoy being more consistent here now though!

I am proud to be another refugee from the Reddit group!

I've been using kratom off and on since I first read about it in the early to mid-2010's. I say "off and on" because for the longest time, I couldn't find a brand (or strain) that worked consistently. Back then, the best stuff I found was through a website called Sage Wisdom Botanicals. They used to sell the dried leaves at a steep price, but they were great for tea. Thankfully, the market has since opened up, with multiple vendors and plenty of competition. That can only be a good thing for the user, and I have certainly benefitted from it.

Anyhow, enough rambling. It's great to be here among like-minded folks who are eager to share their knowledge. I look forward to exchanging thoughts and information with all of you.

Hi I’m from Charleston, SC and been using Kratom for 3 years now. It completely got me off horrible hard drug addictions (pcp, clonazolam amongst others) and alcohol too. I’m a big fan of faster greens but dabble in all the various colors from time to time. Powder made into a hot tea is my jam, no extracts. Anyway, I’m glad to be a part of the double m community and look forward to contributing in any way I can.

Hi my name is not slim shady but I found this on Reddit and figured I'd join the community. I'm super chill and I try not to spread hate or anger no matter the circumstances. I live in Kentucky and in my kratom drawer ATM I have a lot of dragons den white euphoria 2 bags, 2 bags of white kapuas, 2 limited gold, limited green, green kapuas x2, 1 happy hippo rainbow meang da, super speciosa white Thai, I also have Lizas botanicals white zombie enhanced, white aceh enhanced, white labai, super white md, enhanced super white. That's what I got in rotation throughout my days but my heart lies with white strains. The reason I have other strains besides white is every once in a while I'll use a green or yellow or gold which ever ya wanna call yellow. I also have bewitched botanicals white hulk 1.87 mit %, wicked white, enhanced moon ,melancholy, and a kratom honey straw lol oh and the free sample pack from kats botanicals.

Good morning, Double M!

I'm a newish kratom user, I was introduced by a dear friend after I had a significant surgery for which my pain was not being managed effectively. In addition to a few pain issues, I have generalized anxiety disorder that I don't treat with medication, so kratom has been incredibly beneficial to me in multiple ways. I've spread the gospel to some friends and family, and it's so beautiful to see a plant changing people's lives for the better.

I discovered this forum a few years ago on Reddit I believe, tried a couple vendors and have been using benni botanicals ever since.

I joined again because I wanted to share the kratom usage tracking app I taught myself computer programming to build!

I wanted to use an app like this myself, and since one didn't exist, I learned how to make it happen. It can also help you stick to a taper schedule as well.

Hello! New to this board. I just found it. Anyway, I'm Helga, I'm almost 70 and have been taking kratom for years for RLS. I was actually on clonipin for 20 yrs. You know how that works lol.. start at .5, then that stops, so go to 1 mg, that stops working, go to 1.5, then 2 mg. The clonipin didn't keep breakthrough RLS and I have no idea who recommended kratom. Took me 2 yrs to get down to 1 mg of clonipin. I'm still on the clonipin as it keeps me from having RLS during the day. I've had RLS since (Restless Leg Syndrome) since I was 9 or so, a very long time.

Anyway, I use kratom at night only to relax the back of my legs. Most nights it works well. I find the red and white works best. Green is very energizing for me... so not good at night lol.

Anyway, nice to be here.

I get RLS too, only at night. If I have some kratom earlier in the day, I am RLS free that night.
