Herbal-RVA's White Big Bang

Quick TL;DR: Herbal RVA s a diamond in the rough of all of the bunk kratom as of late. The White Big Bang right now is reminding me of the reason I started taking kratom. It is a slow, euphoric, and non-drowsy white.

After much trial and error over the last few months, last month I found a strain that finally worked for me. It was RVA's Premium Maeng Da. Recently I've tried Mitragaia (who, just over a year ago, carried Purple 8-1 which blew my mind and was a favorite on reddit), Liza, a headshop, botanical bunny, Mystic Island, and several other vendors, and probably a total of 20 different strains - just over the last few months. None of which have done much beside nausea, and I'm taking low doses (2.7-3.5) because any higher makes me sleepy.

I've been taking kratom for probably 2 years now and have noticed a steep decline over the last year, especially the last few months, even with tolerance breaks. Nonetheless, I finally tried Herbal RVA and not only is the cost for value fair (and more affordable than some vendors who were previously known for their high quality which has since declined), but also they seem to me to be the only vendor selling kratom of any modicum of quality.

I'd say if there is any one that compares, it is okiekratom which has excellent customer service, pretty packaging, but hit or miss kratom. Some good, some on par with everything else. But right now I'm discovering herbal RVA ever since deciding to branch out and try other vendors and strains.

Alright, let me ramble back at ya, some inside baseball on RVA and his suppliers.. For 2017 going into 18, Jon's main supplier for his good PMD and most of his leaf was Kratom Crumbs, major Indo source well respected, supposedly a prick to deal with, but a huge exporter. BB and other vendors also stock KC leaf. OK.. I'm not sure when, exactly, but RVA made a switch to Big Bang and Golden Green, at some point last summer, maybe following a bad batch of PMD!!

No big announcement, sources are confidential. But insiders know Big Bang aka "Widi" was the #1 Indo success story of 2018. This young man proved he's able to supply TOP quality, large loads as required by RVA - His Brand Name kratom: Big Bang once seen as a novelty, what's that? Big Bang ha ha well.. Nobody's laughing now. This is some serious, consistent, quality kratom & Widi has nailed the greens and whites. He's still working on his reds. Note Widi also supplies many JongKong strains also, between BB and GGK, all strains are covered.. Another interesting side note, K-OG has refused to buy BB or GGK since they supply RVA. Maybe the joke's on K-OG since the quality is right there with Asia/ Nugroz leaf.

Good Stuff. RVA used to be, only order when PMD's in stock. Now.. its all about the Big Bang!

Widi sent me some samples, I think it might have been right before RVA started stocking his stuff. Close anyway. I put them in tupperware style containers and put them in a cupboard, not where I keep the rest of my kratom. And then I forgot about them. Over and over and over again.

Just pulled them out today. Red, green and white Big Bang and Red and Green House 42.

I never tried the white, because I'm afraid of whites. If there's a chance this might be slow though, I'll try it. This Red Big Bang is VERY nice. Relaxing but not really sedating. It's going to be fun revisiting these after many months of neglect.

The one I got from Widi is definitely slow and euphoric. I ordered 250g of the one RVA has in stock now, see how that one is. I'm loving the one I have blended with slow greens.

I have the white and green big bang, also the wild green and the green stv. I haven't yet tried the GBB but so far my burns of the white BB have been fantastic. It's definitely not speedy, but not sedating either. It reminds me of a white elephant in that way, a great late morning/early afternoon feel. The wild green was even better, slow and euphoric with great legs. Evening for sure.

I can't wait, it's disheartening to keep hearing that the quality has been declining overall when I've only just taken the leap into Kratom. The quality as is, is very beneficial to me. Don't get me wrong, but to think that there is much better than what I've already tried is very exciting!

I can already feel my wallet weeping as I know I'll be ordering a larger quantity from RVA in the near future. I hope I'm not over hyping their leaf and setting myself up for disappointment lol, but it's hard when all I read is great things about their product.

Edit: got vendors mixed up. 300g, not 250. Wild Red, not Plantation Red.

Got my White Big Bang today, batch #121518. Is a very nice, slow euphoric strain. I mixed it half and half with a slow green though, because even though people say it's a slow white, I'm still very leery of whites.

Dude, I’ve been wanting to do a review on it. You hit the nail on the head. Try mixing white Big Bang and green Big Bang. It’s amazing! Literally just ordered another kilo.

My White and Green Big Bangs came in yesterday. I put the White to the test this morning. I'm trying lowering my dose again to 2.5 -3.5 grams. I'm leary of whites and mixed 3 grams of White Big Bang in my morning coffee! Holy Cow! This stands up to the rave reviews! Nice, clean white with energy but no jitters. I'm glad I capped it at 3 grams, though. Mine is the same batch the HH has, 121518. It is a standout white.

Seems like everyone’s vouching for the white and green BB. I had both in my cart lastnight, but the green had already sold out by the time I went to check out (I got distracted and took about an hour). I was gonna go 500/500 white/green BB, but as a result I went 750/250 White BB/ green zarena.

Super stoked to try this white BB. I’ve never seen everyone - even the very hard to please critics - vouch for it like this.

I just did a half and half (1.5 g apiece) of GBB & WBB. I had a little Plantation Red before that, probably 2 to 2.5 grams, for pain and it made me lazy. So I did the Big Bang split and got too wound up! Lol! I had to take my Buspar. I keep forgetting that I have klonipin and can still take it in time to have a clean urine next Wednesday. I went to the mailbox, knowing my K-OG order would be there and maybe the opies I broke down and ordered earlier this week. Only the K-OG order was there but I have to wait so I can give it a decent try. Of course one of them will be my morning burn tomorrow. I'm beginning to venture off topic, it is the 2 Big Bangs fueling my fire. I still need to do some cleaning around here. This is a good time to do it.

I'd say he's one of the quickest I've dealt with recently. I used to live closer to him but I still got my order fast. Same day? I don't remember but it got here fast.

I have and oz of extract from Liza. I never take extract really. But i have 100 or so grams of some old red thai dragon lying around that isnt very potent. Was thinking about mixing some of the extract in with the powdered leaf. Any recommendations about how much i should mix in? My i usually burn around 5 grams or so.

I received my White, Green Big Bang and Wild Red today. I knocked back 4g of the White BB after I got home from work and I'm going to need some time to feel it out a bit. It's great, don't get me wrong, but it's odd... I'm not used to feeling energized, but still being relaxed. It's a very focused energy with little euphoria and no jitteriness or feeling like I've got to do something. It kind of like a strong cup of coffee, minus the jitters... I think the White Big Bang on it's own would be an incredible substitute for ADHD medication as it feels very natural and subtle on the come up. It doesn't have a noticeable mood change, it just kicks your mind into focus-mode and gives you a boost of energy.

Just 10 or 20 minutes ago I blended a 1:1 4g dose of Green and White BB. So far, so great on this blend. Great energy, good euphoria and I feel pretty damn good. Though I do feel the need to keep active. This would be a great blend for a Monday morning heading back into work (or writing a novella on DoubleM ) ... I think I might do exactly that before work tomorrow morning!

Keep in mind Monday was a Holiday, so we kind of lost a day where postage is concerned. That might be why the hold up. I ordered mine on Saturday and it arrived today. With any luck you'll have it tomorrow.

This white Big Bang is absurdly fantastic. I can confirm this, as I took a slightly heaping tablespoon about 25 mins ago. As someone said previously, it reminds me of why I developed a love for Kratom in the first place.

@Ballz... Very interesting backstory on RVA. I loved his PMD but noticed a distinct change in my 2018 purchases. I tend to buy kilos & stock up & I didn't get to the 2018 purchases until 9/18 & noticed a steep drop in effects. I opened all my 2018 bags & tried them & didn't get effects from any, so I thought it had to be me. In late January I asked Jonathan if he switched suppliers in 2018 & he said same as always. So I don't know if he misunderstood my question or what, but now you got me wondering.
