Ordering directly from Indonesian vendors

Hi, everyone.

I’ve gotten a bunch of messages on Reddit lately from vendors in Indonesia trying to sell to me. Quality seems to be down across the board the last year or so, and I’m considering ordering from one of these guys directly from Indo.

What have your experiences been? Is it worth waiting longer to get your order? Is it noticeably fresher, higher quality? I am really disappointed with the quality lately, and a friend of mine actually got some kratom off the dark web that he said was fresher and stronger than anything he’d ever had. Not that the dark web itself is important, just makes me believe it IS out there, and perhaps ordering direct from the source is the way to go.

The kratom prices can be amazing but the shipping costs, not so much unless you're ordering buku kilos.
Shipping for small quantities, in many cases, costs substantially more than the product, then there's always
the distinct possibility of having it ripped off by our overlords from U.S. Customs Authorities and then you lose
everything!

Dude, I've had a bunch of p.m.s from Indonesian vendors trying to sell stuff, I would stick with a U.S. vendor if I were you, I've ordered from Indonesia twice and it took over a month to get it both times, once it took a month to get tracking, Thats stress I don't need.

I’m sure my tolerance plays a part, but there is no doubt in my mind that quality is down. That’s what happens when demand skyrockets. I’ve seen it happen with other unregulated, legal-but-frowned-upon substances I’ve used in the past.

Gonna have to keep trying different vendors I guess.

That's crazy, your friend is either bullshitting, or possibly got some laced w/ fent off the dark web lol kratom is a legal product, there's NO need for dark web sales unless they're selling adulterated kratom.. But that's what the dark web is for right? Trafficking in heroin and fent.

Kratom is Kratom, not really that strong. You can't OD on powder kratom.. You could definitely OD on fent laced kratom

There are many dozens of guys on Facebook & even Reddit, scamming for USA dollars..

I'll tell you what, I'm tired of the solicitation efforts of random indo vendors on Instagram. I followed 2 kratom pages, and now the messages and requests are non stop, even my brother said he got a few follows from random indo accounts on insta just for being friends with me. I thought they were legit a long time ago and almost ordered once, but thanks to my mm reddit peeps and everyone here, I was convinced to stick to my stateside vendors without getting scammed, except for Gaia! Fucck that dude.

What's crazy is that there's stronger dope on an average US street corner than you can find on the dark webs. It's getting pretty dangerous out there. Places you would never imagine are saturated with that brown mexican raw dope and fent.

The people buying and selling Kratom on the dark webs are likely from countries where it's illegal.

I tried to communicate with him, not necessarily to just demand a refund or anything, but just to see what he had to say. Maybe I was just super unlucky? He had nothing to say at all, so that was the end of my Gaia experience.

Don't get me started on Gaia. I did a small buy a long while back, I believe it was five different strains and it was a total waste of time and money. Won't be trying them again any time soon.

I would just go with vlnt. https://m.facebook.com/VLNTHERBKRATOM/ They have good strains and use dhl or other new shipping methods since post indonesia is no longer available to ship kratom. Their strains never let me down, but youl have to buy lots of kilos in order to make up for the shipping costs. If your a smoke shop trying to stock up i would go with them, your customers will thank you. You can find vlnt strains online through other vendors that allow small orders so you can sample vlnt before getting a lot
