But then I was forced to take a six week break from all anti-inflammatories, and now that I'm back on kratom -- the exact same kratom I was on before, because I didn't buy any new while I was off it -- whites don't affect me in that way anymore.
I'm due for a break in the near future, so I will definitely keep that in mind. Thank you, Whiffy. Luckily I've been dosing long enough and know enough (to be dangerous

) to know to never throw anything away just because it "doesn't work for me". I always revisit strains / batches, like maybe a couple or few months down the road, to see if my reaction to them will change.

Those 5 words describe soooo many things that have happened regarding how Kratom effects me.

For well over a year, only Reds would give me good results. Even the smallest amount (I mean even a half-gram) of whites would sedate me. On the rare occasion when it did give me an uplift (I wouldn't describe it as
real energy), like I said I'd be very jittery / shakey. During that time when Reds were my "go-to", most greens did not work for me. Now, reds & golds aren't as affective (if at all) and greens work decently for me. (But boy oh boy do I miss that good Red and Gold Bali feel I used to get.

) What happened that Greens started working for me and Reds stopped? No. Friggin'. Clue. Wish I knew. It's funny, we tell new people that it's all experimentation in the beginning to find your "sweet spot"... when in reality, my entire Kratom journey has been about experimentation and switching things up. I kinda' touch on that in
what I posted a few hours ago. Thanks again for sharing your experiences with Whites. Very helpful... and hopeful.
