Oblate discs vs capsules

I started taking kratom a few years ago and always had issues with the toss and wash method so I took to capsules pretty quickly and stuck with them. I'm curious if anyone who has used capsules in the past had experience with oblate discs. I'm wondering if I'm not getting as much of an effect from the capsules as the powder is more compact and slower to release. I'm thinking about trying oblate disks but if there isnt much if a difference as far as effectiveness goes I may just stick with caps.

Any feed back between capsules vs other methods would be appreciated.

Personally I prefer T&W, disks, and caps in that order. I can tell a difference in each effects, and especially with food that can potentiate, disks are much better IMO, they hit faster than caps to me.

I haven't heard of oblate discs, what is that?

BTW, I'm a caps guy myself...I acknowledge that it takes awhile to kick in but I don't think it effects the potency, only the time it takes to feel it.

They are like flavored paper that you wrap the dose in and swallow. You remember those thin listerine paper breath things, kinda like those.

Most of them are unflavored, at least that's what I've seen. Personally I use blate papes for everything because they're just starch.. especially no artificial flavors/sweeteners. (splenda seriously screws with my head)
