GMO foods

Post by FartBlaster »

I'm interested in avoiding GMO foods and if anybody has any tips or general info I would like to read about it. I've just read seeds of deception by Jeffrey Smith , a good book.

Not an easy thing to do. No matter where you go its all around us, i think we can only try to limit the worst kinds of GMO. Unless you have your own green house with your own food growing, then your 100% safe. heck you can even make money as more and more people want 100% GMO free foods and numbers are growing. If i had money i would buy a nice green house and grow healthy foods, but work and bills wont allow that. I do have hobby, i grow peppermints, Holy Basil, hot peppers and bunch other little things every year when spring hits. Start them seeds inside house in feb and in march after last freeze plant them outside while they are baby plants. Even if you have little land by house, use that space. Even if its just peppermint from lows, tea from it is extremely healthy, just peppermint alone has plenty of benefits and stuff that fights GMO/cancer. Start with one herb and maybe move on to your next favorite one. next thing you know you got 5 things growing that is very healthy for your body. And of course make sure you don't use GMO on it.
