a better way to toss n wash??

Does anyone here do toss n wash by putting some water in your mouth, pouring the kratom into the water while your head is leaning back, and then swallowing?

I saw a video where the guy did that with 20g moringa powder, but i was hoping someone here could add some detail.

I just take a small sip of bottled water, hold it in my mouth, tilt head back, pour kratom powder in. Swish and swallow.

I used to always mix kratom powder with warm water and then take it like a shot, but toss and wash is so much easier and quicker once you get the method down.

I don’t mind the taste of kratom, though. Some people can’t stand the taste, so they will always need to mix it with something. In that case, toss and wash won’t work.

i used the kite shaped oblates and now i use the circles, way easier, the secret is you wrap them up with a twist instead of a taco shape.

toss n wash is much faster and hits faster, so wanna try and get it down.

- i take a level teaspoon then pack it down so it's in sort of a ball (about 2g at a time)

- take a decent sip of your liquid of choice (gatorade or juice for me)

- tilt head back

- take the teaspoon and tap it so it falls onto the liquid and swallow all while keeping your head tilted

- another swish of liquid after and you barely get any aftertaste or anything

- i repeat 2g at a time till i reach my dose

Am I the only one who thinks looking for "the best way to toss and wash" is like trying to find "the least painful way to shove burning splinters under your fingernails"?

Nasty as kratom tastes, having some go down your windpipe is infinitely worse...and I'm truly surprised no one has yet choked to death trying to toss a large dose.

If you can't or won't make tea, dispersing a dose in some mildly acidic liquid (lemonade, oj, etc) and jugging it down doesn't taste that bad...

if you do it right and not 10 grams at a time it's much easier and 100x less disgusting than mixing it with a liquid or tea lol this coming from a 1 year+ strictly capsule user who wasn't the best at swallowing stuff down before i switched to T&W...

haha well I've never once done toss n wash... does not compute. Mix and Chug. heck the taste can't be that bad?

Can anyone tell me... HOW to toss n wash ~ Black Seed Oil ?? now THAT stuff is seriously bad to get on your tongue!! My method is: Prepare a cup of hot tea & honey.. Just warm. Using a small spoon maybe half teaspoon - Tip chin up, open mouth. Drizzle the BSO down at back of tongue. Chase immediately with a couple gulps of the warm tea. Done! Do not spill any around mouth!!

you probably did too much powder at once? once you get the method down it is the easiest and most effective way by far i've found to take it and i'm not good at swallowing stuff and definitely have a weak stomach. you should revisit at some point for another try

It's really interesting to read all of these replies. I tip the powder into my maw first, then add water to my face bucket, swish and swallow. All backwards-like, it seems.

Oh hell to the Nah! I put a teaspoon of that Devil's Spunk in my mouth and chased it with water ONCE. It is still sitting in my refrigerator, untouched (also out of sight because reasons). Yes, my mouth burned. Possibly worse, it repeated on me ALL DAY. Burping that corruption back up all day was as bad as any pain I have had.

And it will sit there until I figure out how to kill a plant or an insect with it

I don't understand the whole toss and wash thing. that is how i first used to do it, and thought if i did it any other way, i wouldn't feel it.

Now i just mix it with hot water and some lemon juice, figure if i used to be able to chug vodka, and lick my H and Meth spoons, i could drink some water that tasted like dirt lol
