SOSA response!!

Heard from SOSA this morning and they'll be likely shipping out my order sometime in the next few days. I'm sure they'll be getting to everyone shortly if they already haven't. I think it's still safe to order from them but just be ready to wait 2-3 weeks even after you finally get a response to the email/order. A pain in the ass I know, but it's worth it to me, and it's really not at all inconvenient if you order what you need a month in advance, which is what I did this time in anticipation to the possible delays. This is not how a vendor should be operating, but the world is not operating under usual circumstances right now, so I'm definitely cutting them some slack. Hope you're all well, and take care out there. \m/

Yeah, I talked to someone else who got a response, glad he's finally shipping y'all's out, it's not just SOSA, other vendors have been having some issues as well..
I ordered from Meridian on the 2nd and can't get a response from him, I agree with OP, if you really need quick shipping for your product you should contact the vendor first if you've not dealt with them much...

Also, like OP said..we aren't living in normal conditions nowadays.

I been doing kratom since 2011 and never heard of this. If it wasn't for the customer they wouldn't even be in business. Totally disrespectful!!!

I won't. Nobody should have your hard earned money for weeks and not reply to your messages. TFH and D-615 have the best product I ever had anyway with MitraMan close behind.

feels like just offering a reminder for people who have either negative experience or no experience with SOSA that there are a myriad of other vendors who reply quickly, stay stocked as possible, and ship out orders reliably. this whole thread and the one before it are people having done business with him that left a real bad taste in their mouth. its okay to say someone sucks at something if they objectively suck at it, even if they used to be great.

Yesser, I understand. But it seems there is aggression, I'm happy that the OP of this post is FINALLY getting his stuff he paid for, the other gentleman seemed bothered by it? Seems like an attack by someone who wasn't in the same situation as the OP, if he was he never complained about it in the "problems with Sosa thread"?? We are in the middle of a pandemic? There are shipping problems right now, I'm currently in the same situation as the OP of this post except by a different vendor? It's not just SOSA..

Very true. Most people aren't aware that COVID-19 can also infect your computer. My grandson gave my old laptop COVID because he kept downloading games on there and deleting all my toolbars. I now have to put a mask over the exhaust vent and have bought a wireless keyboard and mouse so I can use it from 6ft away.
