Kratom for Dental Pain?

I currently have severe dental pain. I’m talking about the type that wakes you from a dead sleep kind of pain. Cold compresses are becoming ineffective, and putting pressure on it / rest has done no good. I’m in an astronomical amount of pain.

Although some may disregard the brand due to its wide availability, I currently have access to powder Remarkable Herbs brand Kratom, Bali strain. It’s worked for me in the past. However, I haven’t taken Kratom itself since October. My heart is sort of pounding from the level of pain and it is at a 10. I plan on calling my dentist on Monday, but in the meanwhile I wonder how effective Kratom is for dental pain. Anyone else deal with similar?

I'm not sure, but definitely worth a shot. I know dental pain can be some of the worst.

I'd also consider calling an emergency dentist. You might be able to get resolved today or tomorrow instead.

Yes, emergency dentist if you can. I'm sorry for this, there's nothing worse than dental pain!

At just about any drugstore or places that have first aid and tooth products you should be able to find something like this

That's clove oil/eugenol in the kit. If you can't find a kit, some places have clove oil. Like health food stores, our Fred Meyer has it in the health food section. Dab some clove oil on that tooth with a Qtip or if you get the kit it will have little cotton doots to do it with.

Clove oil has rescued me through many a toothache, even through dry socket from a tooth extraction. It numbs the nerves. It can get a little irritating on your gums, but anything's better than severe toothache.

Clove Oil has been really good in the past, and I may use it again. I’m nervous to enter any sort of medical setting in these unprecedented times, but know that I definitely need to.

Update: took 2 grams or so because the pain is so severe that I literally cannot eat or swallow. NSAIDs are not helpful in that regard, let’s hope it helps.

I've recently used it for dental pain. It worked, but also I had to redose quite often to keep up with the pain relief - so much so that I went through 250g in two weeks which I've never done in my life. Strangely enough I used Remarkable Herbs Green Maeng Da! On a serious note, get to a doctor. You need antibiotics ASAP which will help bring down the infection and that will bring down the pain. People have died from infected teeth before.

Every single time i used kratom before and after, makes the bad times pass fast. If you by chance have oregano oil somewhere in cabinet, pull it out, do 3 drops on a Q tip and rub it on a side of a gums. Pain goes out instantly almost but dont do it to often you will kill the skin but it works way better then all those oral gell shit they sell that do absolute nothing and you waste money,.

Just becareful not to take a lot of kratom or estra before going in, not more then 2 grams because if you add lots and on top of that they give something it interactions and could give you panic attacks. but what i did 2 hours before going in dose, should be stable by then. you dont want to take it right away and lay on the char while it increases the effects on top of that what ever they poke you. just use common sense. I always used bigger dose after dentists, no problem here. Just when your mouth swollen you wont take powder in or have a hard time, best to pack the pills or just let the kratom spill out of your mouth in front of the sink, lol. then chase it with water best you can to swich it around. but thats only if you have no caps or other alternatives. but highly recommend capping pills ahead of time, in fact everyone should own a cap machine for things like this if it happens. peace.

Ok. A couple of things. First off, I have TERRIBLE teeth. The worst. I've been having problems for decades with my teeth banging amidst me attempting to do what I have to do. Its terrible. Around the turn of the century, I was taking/self medicating heroin for my tooth pain. It worked sparingly and effectiveness was spotty. Years later I tried kratom for a particularly pesky toothache one night, and it worked UNBELIEVABLY! It was AWESOME! Give it a shot. And in the morning, when you wake up and your tooth/teeth aren't hurting yet, TAKE SOME KRATOM ANYWAY. Get ahead of the pain.

Will do. I’m going to call my doctor on Monday, and have plans to message my doctor tonight. I took around another gram now, and it’s more than enough to keep the tooth pain at bay. Around 5gs of Kratom in general works (titrated, not at once).

I hope your dental pain has been easing up! For headshop kratom, Remarkable Herbs is decent. Of course, I want to branch out and try more of the trusted vendors here.

Kratom so far has been the only thing that has silenced the screaming tooth, but I’ve had to take kind of a lot for having not taken it since October.

Day but dont wait to take care of it! it can get even more ugly real fast. sure you might stop the pain to some extend but if you get watery eyes and sweat under eyes then that means your screaming for help from pain but kratom just helping not feel it as much. I really hope you take care of the problem Asap... I mean like if you didnt schedule it yet, do right away as soon you read this, find local dentist, i mean any!

Before modern dentistry, people would gruesomely rip out painful teeth (i.e., Cast Away).

I used to think that was crazy. Once I had a bad tooth pain, and I realized I would definitely do it too!

It didn't really do shit for that really bad tooth pain , honestly ibprofen helped more. However it worked great for mood . Ambesol is what I used like every 15 min when it was bad and that worked great.

Try out a good red! Also I can’t recommend Clove Oil enough, pretty much cured my tooth ache .
