Kratomind USA Problems - RESOLVED

I really hate to do this....
Placed a $100 order with Kratomind USA 7 days ago. Received a "label has been created" notification and then nothing. Contacted Daniel a few times and he just sends me the notification that label was created. I try to give people the benefit of doubt, as i know vendors can get overloaded, but they still need to communicate with their customers!

-Good thing Wot is so damn fast with his shipping or i'd be sitting here empty handed-

I'll keep this updated, and still hoping vendor comes through.

I am very familiar with Kratomind, in fact writing a Review is on my To-Do List. :)

Unique Indo vendor, having a USA based warehouse operation, and dual website where you click Kratomind USA on top bar, which takes you to a subdomain showing stock available. The idea being, you can order genuine Indo kratom direct, without the hassle and delay of International shipping!

I did receive a Email promotion for them, on Sept 18 - I did notice they'd done a recent re-stock, so the business is obviously current. Very low prices. They do sell out pretty fast at those prices. :P

Keep us posted on what happens. The Kratomind business, is between Indo company, and a person in Tennessee who works part-time, to maintain the warehouse and handle shipping. IF "something were to happen" to their warehouse guy in Tennessee, I am positive Kratomind would make it up to you.

They're good people. Please hold your order!!

Update: All kratom powder is Sold Out.

I just saw this on their USA website .. BIG problem there (?) Maybe the guy in Tennessee flaked off, disappeared or died, who knows.....

UPDATE: I removed the phone number & email address.. Those only go to Tennessee.. where the "problem" is apparently? Stay Tuned :roll:

Yep, I agree with BD... and I don't like to put my neck out there for just anyone... Kratomind has always been solid with me, too. I've chatted with him over emails about an IT issue that I was helping him with, at one point.

Thanks for the shout-out. I always try my best to get my orders out right away and treat you guys right!

Glad I’m not the only one, kinda. Around a week ago I asked when he would be getting more crushed leaf in and he told me he has it now it’s just not updated on website yet.
So he let me place an order for 500g of white Borneo(40$) which he said he had but for some reason isn’t listed on website. Went through an ordeal with some fraud detection that he says happens to everyone he sends his link to and I got the impression he was kinda annoyed.
I posted what he said on another topic. That was the last email I’ve gotten from him. Payment went through on my end and I emailed him again the other day asking him if he saw it go through and how things were going for him. Still waiting to hear back.
What if he just wants to get out and take as much of our money with him? -that’s my paranoia speaking
Could be death in the family, something happens that just makes him want to take a break from it all for a while, I’ve been there. I just give up and don’t talk to people or let them know what’s going on. Hopefully just some personal problems or workplace drama and no ones out to get us.

I remember your post last week Psilo, and it's almost a cut/paste of what took place with my transaction. I'm going to call that# BD listed. Email responses stopped as soon as my payment went through.

Thanks to everyone who posted about this. Unfortunately, exit scams are not at all unknown in the kratom community, and if that's what this is we'll make sure folks know about it.

WHO are you talking about ? Who's him ? I thought we were discussing a company, Kratomind, they are a large Indo supplier with many people. I have communicated with 3 different people. There is a language barrier, as common with many suppliers.

Be very specific please. Are you talking about the local, part-time dude who runs their Tennessee warehouse? He's just a stooge. He does not represent Kratomind, ultimately.. He does NOT manage or update the website. It USED to be, that all payments went directly to Indo.

We all know "payments" are a big problem. IF their payment deal changed, somehow, I am certain the company will make good on it.. About 1 year ago, Kratomind had their PP account locked, with ALL their funds, for 6 months.. thanks to 1 American idiot who filed a chargeback.. :(

Many lurkers, read this board, and rumors start when people post loose talk without knowing details... We don't know. That's the bottom line. Nobody knows the arrangement Kratomind has in TN.. He's probably NOT an employee. IF there is a problem.. you MAY need to wait, for them to ship you product directly from Indo. I have received their shipments from Indo.

The company is professional. Established Indo suppliers, do not flake off and run "exit scams".. Only US vendors do that!! :lol:

ADD: Give it another week and, if there's no update, then I'll reach out to my Indo contacts there.

Again, there is a "Sold Out" notice on the website. :!:

Hey guys, I actually just created my account to add to this, as I was searching around to see if anyone else had these issues. I’ve got the exact same issue as OP. I placed an order over two weeks ago - I’ve got a tracking number that was created September 22nd, and it still says it is in preshipment. They responded to an inquiry of mine on the 27th saying they’re having issues with USPS...which I’m pretty sure is a lie. I’ll update if I get an order soon, but i’ll be honest if I don’t hear from them soon I’ll probably do a chargeback. I really want to believe otherwise, as I’ve ordered from them before plenty of times with no issue. This is just weird.

Welcome to MM Yeepyeep. Kratomind, like many vendors in 2018, has very LIMITED forms of payment on their website.

Understand how [payment method] works! Doing a [payment method] chargeback, you'll severely hurt this vendor's business.. AND, the vendor can then report you to [payment method], and your own [payment method] account may be frozen for illegal activity. BOTH accounts, will likely be frozen!! Can YOU afford to lose your [payment method] account?

It's very important that people know the risks of buying kratom online. Choose your payment, and your vendor, carefully. Bitcoin has NO chargeback. Also, other forms of payment such as Venmo, Zelle, etc also have NO chargebacks.. Payment is Final. :o

So.. we've now got 3 complaints here? OK - I will contact Kratomind, using my email contacts. I have done business with Kratomind (I had planned to write a review!!) - It's a family run Indo business, well established. Again.. it sounds like there is a problem with the dude in Tennessee.

Again.. I am positive they will "Make it Right" for anyone having a problem. You'll receive your order, after a short delay, AND I would bet you'll receive extra kratom added, to each order. Shipped direct from Indo. This company has been very generous, in my experience...

Please, please, HOLD orders!! :) I will personally look into it. Thanks! 8-)

Also, sorry about the edit -- for Kratomind's sake, I had to do it. -Zero- mentions of that particular platform are best. We don't want to be the reason they lose it.

Yes we have some problem with our US shipper. Right now we are working to resolve this issue ...

We will keep our company on good standing and fix any issue happen
There is always a language barrier when communicating with Indo .. we both use translation software :)

BIG WIN for Double M Herbals! Thanks to this Forum the situation was resolved. 8-)

We have learned, it's a tough business .. Payments are one issue. Indo suppliers, and US vendors, BOTH can have problems with customers, employees, banks, shipping, weather .. on and on!

Double check the email address of Sender, Psilocyberdemon .. I know you posted a screen shot (above) but it does sound like The Company maybe had a problem with "the dude" making side deals and then keeping the money? I sure hope not. You said HE sent an Invoice to you ?? Check the address where U sent your payment. :?

Looks like the same address to me, maybe I’m not seeing it right. I just find it odd that he would say he has the white and then not include it in the stock update...or he might not have control over that. maybe he’s trying to crack down on the source of the problem(the dude?) before dealing with the large amount of emails he surely must have.

Actually I see a difference in the address when he sent the email with the link to pay. It’s in capital letters whereas the other is not, if that means anything. The only time it’s in caps is when he sends the link and responds to my hesitation, unless I’m missing something and it’s completely normal and caps don’t matter.
Gonna hold off on doing anything more until their website is up and running again, clearly there’s something more important to deal with than handling sales.

Hey, you seem like a pretty decent guy, what with giving Kratomind a temporary pass, and all. I'd like to give you a couple of ounces of my crushed leaf, free, as a kind of "tide you over while you're waiting". I can send you some of my yellow (which is close to a white, but not as "zingy", but still energetic) and some green Bentuangie (which is a mellow green, but definitely a different green). Ok, I burst out laughing. Wot, you’re pretty decent yourself, and your product is great, I know this... Because I just messaged you the other day on mewe saying I’m gonna buy that yellow from you Friday, but if someone else needs it before then I’m cool with that...lol (Huh, so all I had to do was go on another website and give a patient-no-big-deal attitude and I’d get it for free?! Who knew!) :D

Psilo, is this a full refund, including shipping, or only partial?

Let us know, because if it's a full refund that's the best he can do and the best anyone can expect after taking an order he couldn't fulfill.

If it's not...

You're right, it doesn't look good. But he does seem to be trying to make it right.

Yeah full refund, doesn’t look good for the state of kratomind as a business. Sounds like they could be shutting down for a while, but maybe that’s too far of an assumption.

Thanks for confirming. No, it doesn't look too good for them -- but at least they're NOT exit scamming, which is what a number of them do when they can't stay in business.
