Hey I posted a couple months ago about switching to an online vendor after buying kratom from a vape shop. I was foolish enough to buy from a promoted vendor at the top of the search results, mainly because one of them took a cc. Anyways, I’m still kind of new and I figured out better vendors to go. I still don’t know what to buy in terms of red and green. Are they better reds than Bali on there?

yeah "Google vendors" are all scams and rip-offs... It's a big business, manipulating Google to grab people's credit cards, and mail them a bag of average bunk. Try this Vendor List, use a P2P payment method, and check the $ top dozen here... Green color powder is better than tarp dried, fermented, Red color.... Still new here but I didn't think we could discuss payment methods. Personally I prefer CC so I have some recourse if something is wrong. All these other payment methods you've got to trust a vendor to not scam you.

Seems like most kratom vendors don't scam, except one or two now that get a lot of publicity for scamming. There's not much talk about it on this site, anyway. I guess it's not that profitable?
Anyway, I have found that Google search results are barely a rung above headshops on the kratom ladder.

This is exactly how I feel.

I used to buy back in the day from Bouncing Bear Botanicals. That stuff was fire. I get that any person that's really great at Google SEO/has ad $ can get to the top of their search and sell watered down leaf, which sucks. But it also probably works with most new users. I mean, when I first started using kratom 10 years ago, very few people were talking about it because it was still was relatively new to the scene. So most places sold strong leaf, Maeng da red, green, silver and gold. I just recently started looking again and now I have no idea what I'm reading. So I wouldn't bash someone for wanting to use a CC, or even trying "regs" first.

It would be great though if the first thing to come up in a kratom google search would be a notice or warning recommending new users to read forums for the most up-to-date information on Kratom and specific sellers.
