Premium Green Maeng Da- probably my new favorite strain (usually not a green guy lol)

Wild White Kampung (fastest most crisp white I’ve tried from TFH)-exceptional fast strain for my chem, blends well

Wild Green Kampung- fresh vibrant classic unique TFH leaf (I’m sure results will vary with this one)

Red Bali Reserve- lovely warm fuzzy evening strain for me, not inherently slow for me but tapers off into sleepy time.

Sapphire Sunda SSV- great evening strain. Unique (no surprise) only tried it a few times but felt fantastic.

Now go purchase the finest leaf in the land! Haha.

I have only tried four of the eight strains I ordered but out of those four Jade Hulu SSV, Wild White Sumpur, and Deep Jungle Maeng Da Red are all excellent in their own way...if i had to choose only one it would be Jade Hulu SSV, I am really loving this strain. They all have the cleanest most enjoyable feeling I have ever felt. Edit: Wild crafted rocket red is also a very potent and great selection. Green hangat suma VSOP is also a really good one for me, seen a few people talking about it being somewhat of a white green for them but for me it has been straight mid spec with excellent anti anxiety and super relaxing. Classic maeng da is also great, top notch classic maeng da feeling(guess thats why he named it classic maeng da)

I really wish they did 500g split 4 ways. With their pricing, you really have to buy kilo split 4 ways and I prefer not to get 250g bags. Otherwise, I would have participated in this event.

Of course everything's top notch, across the board... I always try at least one "new", according to my personal bias (TFH batch # number system, which could mean the same Indo source, or mean nothing at all?) .. This time I went for Old School Green Bali MIR-2

If they were to do that, they probably wouldn't even DO open events for us! They'd be swamped. The kilo seems like a smarter idea all around, though, to me. Well worth the money, and it's not like you can go wrong.

Worst-case scenario, you just trade or sell.

Wild Crafted Gold - Does the July event count? I love this strain.

These are clear standouts from the others: Sunset Bali, Rocket Red, Wild Green Sumpur, 30 yr Wild Red, Mellow Yellow.

I also really liked Wild Premium White Kali.

I’m still trying to get a feel for the Jade Hulu. I took it for the first time today and it gave me precipitated withdrawals. Then I took it again a few hours later and it was pretty subtle but nice.

My favorite so far has to be my one substitution, the Green Elephant Kali. I’ve only taken it once but it was a solid 10/10 burn.

Yes, trade/sell is definitely a good approach. That's what I did with the last event. Just don't feel like shelling out $200 right now to get a good variety of strains

Ivory indo is a good one, not as fast as the white Vietnam, but great mood boost.

I love the Green PMD. It's perfect! The Deep Jungle Red MD is also tremendous. I still have 2 more of the TFH strains to try, along with the samples, & I can't wait.

The Wild Red Kampung is truly outstanding. For pain - 10/10 I don't usually discuss psychoactive effects (because I'm not usually aware of them), but this batch is helpful to the point that if I am dealing with the (now daily!) awful life-sh*t, I can face it calmly. I don't know if I need to mention that I have never been a recreational user of anything (aside from alcohol: legal, romanticized and Dangerous). I tried cannabis twice. It was a disaster . I love kratom because it feels very 'natural'. A few months ago I took two Tramadol pils for pain (100mg). I could not do ANYTHING. Pain was gone but I was a - I think- a danger to myself because I could not walk to the bathroom without stumbling and possibly breaking something. Kratom eases the pain without turning you into a zombie or making you feel invincible (or any other kind of typical 'high'). And for those who have been debating the "E" word - "Euphoria:" Imo, Euphoria suggests a 'high' similar to the only substance I (YES!) just remembered having tried at the age of 20 - Amyl Nitrate. I always assumed it was an 'upper' but I'm now reading that it is a depressant. Strange. I felt very stimulated, lol. Maybe the guy lied to me. Anyway, like weed, I felt no longer connected to the world. I guess than can be great when you're a kid. As a grown-up I have too much to lose and there are others who rely on me .

Sorry for the rant

All we really want is to feel OK, yeah? Or maybe only me? Childhood, puberty, hormones, emotional and physical ABUSE, reality - they all take their toll. After I realized that alcohol was not going to deliver peace OR transcendence there wasn't anything else (at least for me. There are dozens of other escapes: Not judging!).

The WRK is exceptional. In a category by itself.

Then again, I have never been disappointed by ANY batch from TFH. Bless them for opening their doors to us here. Levels of effectiveness will depend on your personal chemistry, history, etc. If something you purchased didn't hit right, pass it to The Trading Post.

I was so close to ordering the Wild Red Kampung but I went with the Wild Premium Kali Red instead because the Wild Kali SG was my favorite strain out of the 30-40 I’ve tried from TFH so far. My order came today so I haven’t tried it yet, but I got a sample of the True Malay and I’m wishing I bought 100g of it. Really unique stuff.

I’m glad you found a strain that works so well for you!

I've never heard of anyone getting precipitated with Kratom... You sure you don't mean wobbles?

I’ve had it happen maybe once or twice besides this. I can’t definitively say it had anything to do with the Kratom itself, though. But no, definitely not wobbles. What happens is I’ll feel fine before I take it, and then instead of feeling any effects I start constantly yawning and my eyes and nose start watering and I get restless and fidgety.

That only happened the first time I took it, though. I’ve taken it a few times since and it’s been fine. A little underwhelming for my personal chemistry so far, but not a bad strain. I think I just hyped myself up too much for it.

I actually took some after writing that and it’s been great! Really pleased with it so far. I can’t speak on its pain relief effectiveness though, unfortunately.

The Red Elephant Kali is good leaf, really nice pain relief with legs longer than Jessica Rabbit.

I have the Old School Green Bali. I took some yesterday as a matter of fact. It’s got all the pain relief typical of a Bali but since it’s a Green you don’t have to worry about it being too sedating. I save it for bad pain days where I have to get something done and can’t give in to aches and pains. I’m currently in the process of moving so I use it often. I would give the pain relief a 10, longevity a 8 and mood lift a 6. I think you’ll be very happy with this strain

Yeah I'm not getting anything from it yet either. Going to try it as my morning dose here and see if that helps.

seems like all the SSVs really hit or miss depending on chemistry. some seem to float with them, for me i don't get hardly anything. Opal Indo, Jade Hulu, Sapphire Sunda (best of the3 imo) all definitely seem to hit or miss collectively
