What's good over at Lucky's right now?

Any recommendations for high energy or at the other end of the spectrum, sleepy strains? Looking to make an order but I haven't tried any recent stuff there.

I haven't tried anything from this latest drop, but I have an order showing up tomorrow. From what I understand this new batch scored even higher on the Mitra scale than the previous batches. My favs from the previous drops that were on the energetic side were of course Green MD, Green Malay, White Thai, White Hulu, and I just tried his White MD a couple weeks ago and it's fantastic.

All those are good, I have been enjoying the high octane recently. At first it didn’t hit for me but lately it’s been creeping back into my mixes. I had it alone the other day and it was like I had very strong coffee, and my focus was great!

I'm a recent kratom convert and getting ready to order another batch and wanted to go through Lucky's, as Ben seems to be friendly and know his stuff. I browsed the MM forums for a while tonight, but didn't find the particular info I needed. Just as I was about to email Ben directly for advice, I happened upon his recent Open Letter that told me NOT to do exactly what I was planning - ha! Bullet dodged!

Why I need kratom: 75% because I suffer from chronic neck/shoulder pain and 25% for the mood boost. I'm not too concerned about anxiety or insomnia. From what I've learned here, it looks like greens are my best bet and reds probably not so much. But then, there's the discussion about colors not meaning much and I should instead pay attention to the strain, but those seem to differ from vendor to vendor, so I get lost there, I'm afraid. That said, I'd like to pick up a few different batches, both to try new things and also because I've already learned that you're not supposed to take the same strain for too long*. So now I'm asking for advice from "ANYONE EXCEPT BEN" about which strains I should pick up from that site...

* SIDE NOTE: Does that variation advice apply to colors or strains or both? That is, should I avoid alternating between Green & White Maeng Da? Or avoid going between Green Hulu & Green MD? Or is it actually both??

All I know right now is that the Green Maeng Da is at the top of my list. Any advice about what I should add as alternates? Thanks, all!

P.S. One last question, that Ben might actually be able to answer: does Lucky's offer any sort of "kilo combo" deal that I've seen other vendors do? Not a dealbreaker; just curious...

Yeppers......Big Ben offers $10.00 bags of 100 grams so its 100 bucks for a ten way kilo.

Otherwise his discounts are the same after 200 grams.

Seriouslly, Ben is the snizzle when it comes to kool and so kind. Real family guy with a bunch of kiddos and a big heart.

Not going into details here, But trust me, the guy is more than generous.

I will say that while many vendors are on the money, bens bags always way more than advertised.

This is probably too late for your order , but out of the greens I tried that might fit your criteria I really like the Super Green Nano. If you looking for mixed effects then you could also consider mixing a few different strains. White Banjo + Super Red MD Jong Kong = energy and pain relief . I don't know if it really works like that because I don't really have any chronic pain. - But I have been using that mix at about 2/1 to take the edge off the white.
