looking for recommendations for very slow, sleepy, powerful reds

I suffer from insomnia among other ailments and while I do have a few decent reds that tend to make me sleepy, it seems the more sedating effects with a lot of strains tend to wear off after the first couple uses even if I’m alternating. hoping to expand my repertoire of reds on hand so I can rotate through a lot of super slow wants to help with my sleep.

Try taking it with chemoiles tea, any reds. You will zoom into another world real quick. Chamomiles never failed me. But never use it if you dont need sleep.

I have a ton of TFH reds and I probably won't be needing them. Eventually I will let go of on the tradingpost. Let me know if you are interested by dm. I noticed even the greens and whites ( for me ) are sedating! I am looking for a more energetic experience from my k tea. I wanted to ask do you take reds for sleep? I have no trouble sleeping and before taking kratom I experienced at least 3 days a week of sleeplessness. Having had a lifetime of insomnia myself maybe you would want to talk about how you take kratom? I noticed if I take it, specifically sedative reds, intentionally for sleep it will not work. At best I get maybe two hours of sleep at night. For this reason, I do not take it usually after 6pm. I get better sleep ( 5-6 hrs of sleep quite easily) when I take kratom however when the tea is in effect I do not, at best maybe an hour or so.

Lizasbestbotanicals has a long list of powerful reds I love her Red Haired Step Child its a blend of reds and I use it day and night her chocolate bent is top notch as is her royal bent.Off the top of my head her red crow and house are awesome as is her red zombie and nugroz I know I'm forgetting some she has so many.

Anything chocolate does me in for night. Happy Hippo has a good one, and Rocket Red from TFH is amazing for night !

Red Mun made me stay upp all night twice already from TFH. I think it all depends on how tired you are, I stay awake something late and sleep till 2pm , maybe thats why it does not put me to sleep when you body still has plenty of energy. Like someone said above, try not taking after 6 pm. switch plain farma sleeping aid or some good ol Valerian root or even chamomiles cup before sleep, that will work 100% from my experience. You can drink strong chamomiles and few cups, that will for sure put you to sleep even if you fight it.

Their red Bali taken past 2g is very powerfully sedating, which is not usual for red Bali.

I, too, have insomnia. The last 2 batches of reds from TFH have all been real stimulating to me, so they make my sleeplessness worse. They're great for daytime. I've found a blend of TFH White MD & a strong PMD from Herbal RVA knocks me out. I know that sounds strange but it works for me. Also - I'm a low dose-er but if I want to get sleepy I have to double or triple my normal dose.

Lucky’s Red Kapuas is extremely relaxing. I did not want to leave my couch and when I did get up to go to bed fell asleep right away. Very potent too, took less than normal and still did the trick.
