tennessee
so can someone confirm is it legal or not there? i told my uncle who has dealt with bone cancer most of his life after being in vietnam and dealing with agent orange about kratom since he was literally just cut off cold turkey from his morphine patches. they offered him nothing else. just literally said "sorry man". even the va basically refused to help him out. total bs imo. but im seeing almost every vendor will not ship it there. and worst of all he was going to move to florida soon to be near his son and of course..... sarasota is where his kid lives so i said well move to the next town over so you are in manatee haha but that will be next summer. what a load of crap. this could seriously help him out if not even the pain but for the withdrawals he is already having as he has to limit his use because he cant get more. i told him try some out. but mystic, bb and the majority will not ship to tenn it looks like.
i just saw a news article where the attorney general directly said its not illegal so im confused why so many will not ship there.
thank you for any info.

Re: tennessee
In Tennessee as long as the kratom is properly labeled and the user is over 21 it's legal. That's for kratom in its natural botanical form. So I would imagine no extracts or anything like that. If you still don't feel safe shoot an email over to RVA or whichever vendor and ask him if he'll ship to you. Good luck!

Maybe the big shippers think things could change....don't want a lot of packages in transit if it does?
But yes, I thought it was liquor store rules too?
